I have a 3110 in my mercedes S 500 that will not charge for some bizarre reason. I have tried a replacement battery, but it hasn't helped. It seems that even the dealership doesn't know what to do! Can anyone help me to get this slug going?
Either that or advise me if I can get my 6230i installed and make it compatible with the command system in the merc?

Aah!memries! my dads 1st fone...went thru da whole family-ova da yrs gained da name "Bricky!" Ended up givin it away 2 less fortunate bt mis it! love it!

This was second mobile and it was a great phone. I had actually forgot that I had it. Now got a Nokia 6280 which is like night and day compared with this one, but the old 3110 was a wee special thing. It had a nice Braun mat style about it. Oh the memories...

This is a true phone!
That's what we need to see today from Nokia!
I'm tired of all of the megapixel and 65k color crap!
Look at this phone carefuly:
-No games
-No Polyphony
-No edge
-No VGA "camera"
-No 3g
-No B.S. browser
Just a regular phone!
That's how it supouse to be!
To make and receive calls!

Modern phones have features like cameras and polyphonic ringtones, but the older ones like this one are robust and simple to use, they dont have little software glitches or anything.
Smaller phones may look nice but they are not very friendly on the hand, which is why you always drop them. This phone is perfect and I wish that these were still the current trend in mobile phones.
