I think you've sold your Nokia 3110C.Regarding SE phones what I've heard is that 'K' series phones are better than 'W' and 'Z' series phones.'K'series phones 've better camera and the sound quality is similar to that of 'w' series phones.'Z' series phones are not that good.My above comments are what I heard from my friends and I've not experienced anything bcos 3110C is my 1st phone.Good luck.Buy a good one.But keep posting.

Oooppss.. My mistake. I forgot to write that you need to 'press the call key' after you have dialled *#7370#.. But if these things still don't work with yours, try restoring to factory settings manually. Go to Settings---->Restore Factory Settings----->then enter the security code..
To master reset in general for Nokia phones, just enter *#7370# in the idle mode and enter 12345 when prompted for the security code. 12345 is the default security code for Nokia phones. When you have changed the security code of the phone by yourself, then that will be the one that you must enter..
I am not able to see the call timer during a call!! Can anybody help me for this option.Rest all the feature is worth for money!!
xlnt. Thanks RBa. I'll look for the software updater online and let you know how it goes.
Are you 100% sure that you really checked the "Receiv. Files" folder in the gallery, and to be specific in the phone memory? I mean, not inside the memory card.. Received files via bluetooth or infrared are automatically saved in the Receiv. files folder in the phone memory. If you received something via bluetooth or infra whether compatible for the phone or not, it would be shown on that folder. Only that, if the file format is not supported and you attempt to open or launch it, it would exclaim FILE FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED.. Kindly check it again..
anybody know how to master reset nokia 3110c?
please help me.........
Sorry if i made almost all of my words in a shortcut way with my previous post. This is because this site says "Your post will be published when approved by a moderator" everytime i post long messages. Hope you understand what i meant with my post below.
I thnk its always recommended 2 update frmware vrsion whnever available bcoz it offers improved prfrmance of d fone...
There r 3 ways dat i know 2 update firmware:
1. Over d air update(wen spprted by ur srvce prvder).
2. Through PC using Nokia Software Updater.
3. Through taking ur fone 2 d nearest Nokia Care center & dey wil be d one 2 do all d steps..
I thnk the 3rd one is d safest bcoz i hav heard dat wen u updte firmware through PC & der r interruptions lyk elctrcty blackout wen u r not fnshed installing d firmware, ur fone wil go crazy. But i'm not sure f it's true or not. & wid the 1st one, i thnk it wil b costly. Bcoz ur srvce prvider might charg u for d data transmission. Try asking sumbody els her lyk fireball. I thnk he already xpriencd updting firmware.
So if/when a firmware update for 3110c becomes available how or where do I get it? Even if it doesn't support the new format of Micro SD, still seems like it might be good to upgrade the firmware, no?
..... Wait.. What do you mean with your previous post?. Are you referring with accepting images/music videos via BLUETOOTH? Because the one that i'm referring with my post below is about BLUETOOTH failure?.
Hey, i also got that problem before. I took my phone to Nokia Care and they explained to me that it's a software-related problem. When they gave my phone back to me, that problem was already fixed.. I think they reinstalled the firmware to fix that problem.. Try it..
