My dad's first color mobile since 2004. Its working even today. Amazing talk time with BL-5C battery (1020 mAh). ACP-12E charger still working after nearly 5000 charging cycles..These old timers never give up. Too bad, phones today last not more than 2-3 yrs...partly coz they get outdated in an year..

I like it.Optimal size,fits every pocket.No problems with recharging,all features working.Simple interface.
Keypad working normally, buttons not too small.Nice looking, not overdesigned or boxheads development.
4 years in use ,tough mate.Among the best Nokia has ever produced.

It's great to occasionally run into another 3120 user. They're not all brain surgeons....ah, hang on, the last three I bumped were. They all reckoned they needed a phone that worked like a phone.
No distractions. Let's you get on with business without unecessary interruption.
You should've seen my 16 year old son forced to borrow my backup 3120 while waiting for replacement of his latest "bells and whistles" smart phone which hadn't lasted the distance. Worth the price of admission!

> In reply to s das @ 2010-12-16 09:42 from ut3S - click to readBut y would u want another one, wen u already had so outdated fone for so many years? Isnt the suffering enough already, time to move forwards?
I admit i sometimes look backwards, i just bought a used 6300 just coz i loved the one i had 2-3 years ago. but it was so cheap, and 6300 is not an outdated unit, at least not compared to 3120.
Go for a 3120 Classic man, they are good, great keypad and 3G, slim and good looking, and in a way it is still kind of a 3120 ahaha

This is my first phone. Bought it dec '04. A real tough phone. got a dku-5 cable a week after buying it, and loaded it with a handful of Midi tones of my favorite NES game music. It was cool back then, my pals envied me.
Smashed it in anger once in a quarrel with my ex, and it still lived. Too bad now it's not working, and the techs says the signal receiver needs to be replaced. wondering where i can fix it, it still has the picture of my ex as the wallpaper!
I wonder....

most reliable phone ive had. went thru a full cycle of the wash and came out with only a broken backlight. The phone was still fully functional if i had enough light to see what was on the screen =D. too bad they discontinued it.
