go back to square one and re-install all the programs you lost...

two downfalls of this phone: the weight/size. and slow actions (maybe an operating system thing? I don't know, it was the first phone I had w/ that) Everything else was great! But I sold it after three months - mainly because of its size.

OHHH.? its a nice multimedia device great sound and realy a value 4 money phone GUYS HELP ME OUT
i hv this fone with me 4 last 2yrs but still i dont hv any themes or applic. tell me 4rm where i could found themes and applic 4 this to give a trendy look.

if i may add, u get a certificate error if a particular symbian installation file (such as games, apps, themes(?) wd d extensions .sisx, .sis) r not symbian signed (to be specific, not Certified Signed by Symbian's accredited n indie testing test houses),
in other words, d file u r trying to install has not been inspected, tested by d above mentioned responsible to meet d minimum rqmnts for a trouble free app/game/theme for d aforesaid OS

those things occur bcoz 3250 s under d new (well actually, not so new [N73, N91, N80 also has it]) symbian version, 9.1 which has d new kernel n SW architecture for better security, compatibility wd new hardware processors etc., interoperability, et al (contrary, has its disadvantages, like wen it was first released, there r virtually few apps/games/themes available for dis new type of Symbian OS version [but r now not an issue anymore, coz most of d previous apps/games/themes were ported n besides new ones r already created for it).
also, as u myt hav guessed too, dis not so new Symbian OS, likewise is responsible for d certificate error u r getting (d OS s juz protecting itself for possible harms dat an installation file myt cause, hence d error)
