Both handsets have same camera quality coz both handsets use an unbranded CMOS camera lens. And you cannot always solely depend on the picture capture resolution because the camera lens and its cells are the ones that matter most.

i have this phone today but i found it very stupid display. resulation too much poor. i cant use any wallpaper here. earpice sound everything is very low quality. i hate this phone. hope to sale it then like to buy samsung D900i.

I'm about the video lenght 15sec. Start camera, choose options and then settings. Find the "video clip lenght" and change default to maximum. That should work now:)

btw i read a post saying nokia 3500 camera is no better than 3110 quality..... i have both the mobiles..... there is a very gud difference in both the picture qualities! 3500 is better! ofcourse it has to be as its a 2 megapixel camera :)

i bought this set last nite..... but the thing abt my set is that it has a video recording limit of 15 secs! even with a 1 GB card! dont ask me to change the recording settings from phone memory to memory card as i have already done that!
any1 else having the same problem or is it only me?

This nokia 3500c phone is easy to handle.
and picture clarity is good to see.
but one suggestion the screen is small.

Both handsets(3500classic, 3110classic) supp0rts the following music file formats: MP3, M4A, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WMA.
Don't solely rely on this site when you want to know more on the specifications since it is not 100% completely specified. You could check at www.nokia.com so you would find out more.. You would know the file format of the song on your phone when you look at its file extension. Example, the song entitled "Dance", you would see on your phone "Dance.AAC". It's just like that.. In the PC, you just simply point the mouse arrow on the file then there will flash a detail including file format.. About applications and games, yes you could download a lot of it that are running on Java platform since both handsets are J2ME Java platform which means that there are wide varities of applications other than those non-J2ME compatible phones. But as Nokia recommended, never download an application or game that is not coming from a trusted source since it is the one thats causing problems..

thanx frnd!i was very uch confused as users of both fones have some complain or the other!3500 has gr88 looks bt as i am a SMS freak 3110 wud suite me better!
1 more question!3110 doesn't support music files other than those which are mentioned in specifications.how can i know the form of the song(mp3/mp4/aac/eaac etc)either on pc or on phone!
also,if i install kd player and some java based games,will i face the restarting problem?

@ piya: Go for Nokia 3110c. It's way way better than this Nokia 3500c. Even though 3500c have 2 megapixel camera while 3110c have only 1.3 megapixel camera, b0th handsets still have same quality pics. And an0ther thing, 3110c is m0re advantageous than 3500c. Reasons: 1. Nokia 3110c has infrared while 3500c doesn't have. 2. N3110c has a longer battery life than 3500c. 3. Nokia 3110c's arrow keys are m0re c0nvenient to use than 3500c. 4. Nokia 3110c have already come up with software/firmware version 5.50 which solves ALL the pr0blems of the previous firmware versions including the restarts. By the way, just an additional information, N3500c is suffering in a rather more terrible and more serious restarting pr0blem than 3110c just to tell you the truth. My friend has this 3500c and now he is whipping with tears for making the wr0ng choice am0ng 3500c & 3110c..

If you can allow mobile multimedia features
soundless(on handfree spaeker), go for nokia3500c.verry poor sound,even no sound to FM 101.00 at croud place.
