I've been using this phone for one year and i've tortured the phone a lot i have dropped in the swimming pool many times and i've also washed the phone. Good phone for a low price but the screen size is a little too small, it would've been better if it was a little bigger. Overall rating for this phone would be 9\10 :)

I`m using it 3 years now! Very hard to destroy phone :)
Good points: very solid set, descent camera (2Mp), memory card sloth, fm radio, mp3 player, bluetooth, great battery life.
Bad points: basic screen, small amount of RAM (cannot open text and pdf files bigger then 300KB with my installed java apps)
I recommend to install the latest firmware from nokia v7.21 - it improves dramatically the overall performance of the phone and adds some minor new features.

buyed since then 3 years ago one this phone. Y have very various opinion against this model from Nokia. The battery failed after 1.5 year, battery stickness and push down and broken the battery hood plastics clamps.And for this suffered all the phone skid.In the other side the camera make good picture only outside , in the natural light. Indoor pictures isn't clair. The video recorder is not too high fidelity too. But is good for use daily.Little bit is uper for the basic phone, but not for more.The radio , and mp player is good for the average usage.
final word this phone is a medium range ranking.

It is a good,smart and one of the most stylish phone from a big brand like nokia lies in nokia s40 series handsets with lots of features.I am using this phone from the last 3 years and its performance is as good as it is purchased right now it has fast processing,good speed internet,quick ram,online call record system,bluetooth 2.0.This phone olso supports opera mini 5.1,opera 4,opera3,snaptu,e-buddy messanger,rocke talk and other lots of other useful applications.I recommend this phone for all those peoples who wants a handset which is low in price and give a lots of features. If i have to rate this phone considering his price and performance i will give 7.5/10.0

I have been using this phone for 1.5 years. It has a bad earphone socket, less phone memory and starts to slow down when you use in around 6 months.. and does not support many useful applications required for phone
Around 3/10 only would be my rating

Great phone! Bought for fifty bucks last year. Great reception although battery only lasts for a little while (4 hours), it is my first phone and it is a great phone

I've been using this phone for 3 years now. 2011 is the fourth year. I'm planning to upgrade soon so I might as well tell you my opinion on it.
The camera is good, but over time it somehow doesn't let me take any more pics even though there is space in my memory card.
The rubbery layer on the back peels off over time...
And sometimes it couldn't read my memory card.
I've been using it heavily and dropping it a LOT of times but it still usable so its a very sturdy phone
But the good part is the music is LOUD and really good, headphones amazing, recording good. fast typing is fine.
Overall, wonderful phone for first-time people.

Guyz I'm using this phone for about 2 years 4 months. It's my first cellphone :). Very nice and stylish phone. Yup its battery life is not too long and I had to changed its battery about 4 months ago. But Overall its a good phone. But as its 2011 there is more great phones in proportion to it. So, don't wish to buy it now-a-days. Its sound quality is good and photo quality is moderate. Its a good multimedia phone. But the year when it released there was 3110c which almost have the same features but low cost.
