i bought this phone back in 2003 and i am still using it after all these years. it is very reliable. the built-in browser sucks, but you can install opera v3.1 web browser on it and surf the net including new services like tweeter (it's slow but it's working quite well). i changed the battery once in 2008 when its capacity went to low but at this moment two years after the standby time is very good.

I had the phone since 5 or 6 years its so strong,while I had the n78 since 2 years and it's broken now so i went back to 3510i again..

Yes you can download mxit! www.mxit.com, click on download and it wil instal. If it says file too large, delete some applications and try again! GOOD LUCK!

Have to agree, this phone is a legend.
Got it in 2004, gave it to a immigrant relative in 2005. His mother is now using it back in his home country.

i have this phone since 2003. had to replace the battery of wear a couple of times but other than that the phone is very durable i can still surf most web sites with either the built in browser or the opera mini browser and can play some very simple games i hope i can use this phone for many more years

Found one lying around a friend's house, collecting dust, with a cracked and scratched 3530 housing, and a not so obvious crack on the middle of the LCD. Well, he ain't doing that phone justice! So i decided to ask him if he still needs it. Fortunately he said no and gave it to me. after cleaning it, getting a fresh housing for it and loaded some of my midi ringtones onto it, I explored the phone's functions and features. And I have to say, It's a hell of a phone. As tough as its predecessors such as 3310, Simple to use and practical. Even though i already have a 5800XM by my side, I'll be using this 3510i for quite awhile!
