Purchased the phone almost one year back and still facing no problem. Features were fine at its price tag.
One should not expect SLR like pictures in a mobile phone.

I have had this phone for over a yr n found it very useful...no problems with it. I disagree with all those who have made negative comments abt it.

Honest,am awed @ such negative comments abt this incredible little device.i dont think they are all true.six months after purchase, am yet to experience any of these problems.Thank you nokia,am obsessed about the device.its just Wwaaaaaooooohh!

this is certainly a very good phone for an average user and the picture quality is also fair for the price you may be paying. however, the issues i`ve been facing are the non-working buttons on the set and the poor battery. its been 1 year since i have this fone and dont remember using the power button even once as it is never working. due to this reason i have to keep it fully charged bcos once its off, only the vendor can turn it on. the volume button also does not work occasionally. the battery is really bad.. the battery will be out and done before you know it

Serching for audio should have folders, you can only search by info on TAG's and I'm not used to it.

nice phone. I am using this one and I am very much impressed with the features and functionality. Specially its 3.2 MP camera. its picture quality is very good

I too like 2 buy dis phone..as it has 3.2MP...! nd many more features. but hearing to da comment passed by others.... i m worried... wat to do.is dis da problem faced by all 3600.... r depending on da user...?

Amber... switch off the phone. you need to restart phones everyday. You can not leave them on all the time. i sell cell phones in australia. If you leave them on all the time they switch off. they need a restart like a computer. So treat it better and not leave it on all the time. Once a day switch it off and then turn it straight back on. Also download a new software update of the NOKIA website.

wel.. Amber, the problem u taukin abt is usually happen in these kind ov flap cell phone lyk this n the others r samsung the same prob i faced .. the solution is tht wht i did just took out battry n thn fix it properly otherwis claim ur warranty .. thnx ..

This mobile is the worst one i have ever had. Power on/off button doesnt work most of the times. looks like a design issue. Memory card issues resulted in formatting of the card many times. there are also software problems where the phone gets stuck and the only way out is to remove the battery and replace it...

Has anyone experienced the same problem as i have with this phone? I tryed to charge it from new, and a message came up saying Charger not Supported.. Any idea what this is all about? I haven't even had the phone a week yet, and can't use it.
I am very dissapointed with this item.

Was vry happy whn I first had it but after a few months started experiencing software problems ex if i try to change the theme fone will restrt itself, can't set ring tones either..same problem..over all i feel wht is needed is a software facelift othrwise its quite good..oh yes..it can't play a lot of formats and if u store a movie like abt 100MB forget abt getting d visual in d inbuilt player..to all my frnds reading dis..if u suffered wid d same problems and solved dem pls do lemme knw..post ur solution here and i'll pick it up..cheers..!!
