Please I have a serious problem with my nokia 3600s.The problem is, the screen of my phone suddenly went blank.As you are reading this now, when my phone rings, i cannot know who exactly is calling me until i asked who the person is.Can you please tell me how i'll fix the problem.Thank you.Looking forward hearing from you soonest.

I had Hand set 3600S purchased on 30 Apr 2010. This model has defective Calculator Converter. I used the coverter from Mtr to yards and the reading was wrong
I am afraid about the quality control maintained by the company. How a Hand set with Defective software loaded comes in the market.
Customer buys the set from the market. After seing the defects , customer approached the seller, He gets a relpy to go to Nokia Support Centre.
This ridiculous, If an Old man buys such defective matrial sent to the market by the company, He has to run to the Nokia support centre and keeps visiting them to get the set repaired.
Such a world fame company does not support the customer at his door step.
Why it should not be
Nokia should note this and take action for its ongoing building repute

hi I've been using this phone for 2yrs excellent phone its a wonder, camera is really good as i watch directly on tv ,people should know how to handle it ,browsing is also fast overall its a good compact phone

This phone is awesome,no doubt. But the main problem out there,its a little bit slow phone.But it's cam is spectacular.And friends,please,don't flash that phone.It will harm your phone.Take care.¥IBN.(CTG,BANGLADESH)

I haven't really faced any probs with d cam, but it (rarely) does hang during Video shooting... Biggest Problem is that Phone does hang a lot at times, and strangely, my LCD Screen has gone Black Completely, rendering it useless... Gotta rush to a service centre....

I Bought this phone and been using it for about 2 years now.
The look is good, small in size, I am okay with the sound, The camera can't be 3.15 I think, it's terrible at night, but sometimes very good in the morning, it started hanging since the first day I bought it, sometimes the camera hang, sometimes it keeps turning it's lights on and off with no reason, sometimes it's responding very slowly that I had to turn it off, sometimes it hanged when it was urgent and I couldn't make some calls, finally the log is TERRIBLE !!
I don't think I recommend it.

it is a very bad mobile it has only written 3.15mp camera it has bakwas camera and speker sound is not good please dont buy it
