i saw n3660 the other day and i was really surprised when i saw the screen. 65k? as far as the screen resolution is concerned, you can't really tell the difference between 3660 and 3650. i was really disappointed. ill go with n6600

the symbian version of 3650 i think is not same like 3660.i read in a phone review website that the 3660 phone is currently running in symbian 7.0 version not same like 3650 that use 6.0 version.if im not correct please reply

Is it true that 3660 have stn display not tft ?
Does it have more instaled memory in phone then 3650(cos of playing some games and prog) ?

The best selling Nokia imaging phone just got better and there are a few things I must say first. The 3660 cannot be used to compare with the 6600 as they are aimed at very different financial/professional/social levels of consumers. 6600 being the higher class (better key feel and "design") than the 3660. All things aside, after using this phone for the last 7 days, exploring every nookie and trick that this baby can muster, it's a very stable phone less a couple of quirks which I will say later.
UI. after using phones like Treo 600 and XDA II, this is a much simpler phone with functions closer to heart. Applications are more transparent in launching and usage.
Screen. It's good... not as good as Panasonic GD88 for it's brightness and colour, but bloody good for pioneering attempts at 16bit colour screens for Nokia.
Buttons. The feel could be made better.. wonder if there are modded keypads and keypad bases to make it more "solid".
Size. Bigger than usual 8000 series BUT... one the hand, it feels very natural because it's ergonomic like a cordless home phone. plus it's very light for it's size.
Battery life. With such available internal volume, they should have at least pumped up the juice to 1300mAh. camera usage for one full day kills the phone, making car chargers an inconvenient necessity.
Camera. if only we had the Casio Exilim lens and CCD... sigh... 640x480... good for text, posters, general imaging impressions, not for aesthetic pursuits. perfect for real estate agents and travelling salemen.
Features. Ringtone from WAV file is fantastic. I can sing a song and use my voice as the ringtone right from the recorder feature. When set to max volume, it has an ascending volume before hitting max within first 2 rings.
Memory. I upgraded with Twinmos 256MB MMC, it registered with 245MB after formatting. Note : DO NOT USE SD cards! They are too thick!

the point is that nokia would make millions if they would make a fone dats not too big but also have they same functions as the 3660(and make the screen a tft of course).

i very disipointed with the product, cos it's same with 3650. the different just the price and i can downloud the menu hah......!

i think 3660 it's very suck's. nokia just want to make people buy n buy that celuler phone, every month nokia have a new models, its so borring!!!

If you don't mind the size (actually not really big) and it's a super phone-very clear & sharp picture and useful video recording. Look at the positive side of this phone and you will find it so much better than many phones. I used to carried camera with me when I drive as afraid of some probematic drivers may get you into trouble,with my 3660 I have a peace of mind-no need to carry extra camera and best of all, it also have video just in case accident can happen. Thanks.

i`ve had 2 3660 phones and both had the same problem.the problem is when i listen to the ringtones inside a profile,it`s sound is loud and clear but when i come out of the profile and someone calls me the sound is soooooooo weak.btw when i turn on the vibration it`s sound turns back to it`s normal volume.damn it.looking for a way to get rid of the neccesity of vibratration.none of my last nokia phones (3310,8210,5210,7210 and 7250)had this problem.even 3650 works properly.plz inform me if there is a way to solve it or there is an upgrade in the web to download.thnx.
