May i know then why nokia 500 given for memory slot to use memory card?

Hi Guys, I bought this mobile and faced same problem of restarting, the battery backup was very low and sometimes my display goes off. I went to Nokia Care and they updated the software to Anna 10.31. They suggested me to observe for 3 or four days without using memory card. I did as they suggested and my battery backup with usage came around 4 days and my mobile didn't restart. I thought problem was fixed and then I inserted my memory card, then again started the same problem. Now I'm using my mobile without memory card, good battery backup and it didn't get restart. I'm confused, how to use the memroy card for my mobile.

Restarting problem is a very great feature by nokia in my experience so plz dnt buy it on the other my advice plz get a radio for listening music

hi,i am having this for the past 2 weeks.Given the pros and cons

Pros:
*Good output sound,even u r in noisy condition,u could hear the sound and pick the call.

*Anna OS is working fine as of now.

*Internet is working fine,youtube videos are playing fine.

*Really a loud to say ,battery back up is nice when compare to andriod phones.believe me

*Easy to remove the back cover.

*Cost of mobile is accepted

Cons:

*Anna OS is some wat bit slow ya.came to know that in the year send all ANNA OS going to upgrade as Belle OS.Hope the slow problem will gone.

*Camera 5MP,sad to say its similar to VGA Camera ya.Believe me.also there s no VGA Camera

*Sometimes black spots are coming in my phone and in the next instant the phone got restarts,GUYS ITS DUE TO THE MEMORY CARD,IT U DIDN'T USE MEMORY CARD,PHONE WILL NOT RESTARTED.try it once.
