> In reply to Anonymous @ 2011-07-04 02:57 from v0qT - click to readList of things i know a 5110 can SURVIVE.
1. Falling in to a toilet.
2. Falling from a 3 story building.
3. Drove down the street wit it on the roof of my car and it survived the fall.
3 pretty extreme example but this phone was more terminator then anything else. you would need to drop it in molten metal to kill it.

Before heroic phones were made it was the time of legends. This phone is a legend and a hardcore my wife threw it to me when she was angry and it did'nt even got any scratch but my head bruised. :)

i remember when i had this phone. i still have the charger and the battery but cant find the actual phone part. its quite sad. i loved it, it was my favorite. before all the new fancy stuff. this phone was made for exactly what phones were made for.calling.

I still have my old 5110, non functional and sits as a decoration among my pictures. A reminder of the good old days.

this was my second mobile 18 months after my Nokia 1630, remember it was the budget version, the 6110 was the ultimate as it had infra red connection. Was a pretty ok phone, but the start of "made in china" I remember I had to get the screen replaced after some water splashed into it, yet my 1630 made in Finland was immersed in diet coke for at least an hour, soon as it dried off was absolutely fine, no damage at all. Wish we still had quality like that!

this was my first wireless phone...
we ran a business before and our clients keeps on advising us to get one... and by that time it was so expensive... so bought surplus from pawnshop with SIM Card. I got one without antennae...
This is very durable like the 3310...
