i hv purchased this mobile before 2mths and i m very disappointed.its battery life is very short. it can run not more than 2 days that too with moderate use . display is also not good u cannot see if the mobile is not in straight or u slightly bent it. music quality is good but whats d use when the battery support is not up to the mark. overall i don't feel good after buying it . i will recommend all others to think twice before purchasing this mobile just don't follow its logo of xpress music

i am using 8 gb card in it though the speed reduces i am happy.but the headset effect is not good if we compare it to 5310,5610,5220 express music series.

some say its hanging but i use more than 6 moth in prefer 1 gb or 2gb memory card stil have no problem regards wasim

It dose not load any java software, even from nokia's store...my 6070 is better than it

But the thing to be noted is, when looking from left or bottom sides the display quality is almost as good 6300. From top and right its a different story though.
In direct sunlight the colors do fade a bit but still the readability is awesome when using light colored themes.

guys ma budget is 5500rs...am in a dilema b/w 5130 xpress music & 7210 supernova.....for me both cam and music r imp...higher priority is music...some say 5130 speakers r loud enuf but not as clear as supernova .....which of the 2 should i go for ???any other phone better than this one in this price range ???reply soon as i gotta buy 1 in this weekend:)

For correcting msg timing. Go to time and date settings, change GMT to +5:30 if u r from India.

hey ppl is there any other version of 5130 called 5130-2 o somethin....not 5130c-2....i know that 5130c-2 is shown coz of its firmware but wanted to know is there any other version of 5130?

my fone gets switched off by itself often. atleast twice a day. y? and its showing the received time of the msg wrongly.wat shuld i do?

Does it has a built in browser other than opera mini?. . I don't find any . . This opera thing is always deducting my money. . I'm using airtel connection . . Can i find a browser in this phone other than opera?

BTW Nokia cares usually have all facilities to completely reinstall phone OS..not just update firmware.

Are you sure you got a genuine nokia battery with ur phn? my friend bought nokia 2700 classic and later found that it had duplicate chinese battery and memory card in it.

Some say its hanging, but i am using for the past 6 months still it didn't get hanged for me.

I prefer to use 1 GB or 2 GB memory card, but not more than that.
