How 2 convert d other video formats into 3gp or Avc or mpeg4 since this mobile supports only these video formats so any software is available for this help me thanks in advance

the phone is toooo good & silver looks stunning on the phone.
but the camera quality of the phone is really sucks bcz supports only 256colors.....
i purchased the phone in 5550 with bill...but the camera shows a red & blue pixel on screen if we take a photo...so guys when purchasing the phone take a picture of a black object......the shopkeeper says tht this is nt a problem & nokia care people also dnt help u regarding tht prolem.........so guys beware while puchasing the phone...
