Excellent phone! One of the best ever made. I have a HTC 7 pro but I still love my old 5200!

Physically durable, but the system is slugish. The mp3 player takes a while to update the music library and to change between folders/albums. The video is quite bad, if you want to convert a video to play it here you will have to reduce the number of frames to a very low frame rate, or else the video will start to become un-synchronized.
