Very nice phone for it's price. Sound quality is great and the battery lasts for 2 days, intensly using bluetooth, mp3, fm radio and camera. But the battery is always good in the beginning :) Picture quality is poor, but hey, it's VGA on a cheap screen, you know that before you buy. Plenty options, takes a day or two to get to know it. You don't need the special transfer cable. A standard USB cable with small head will do!! MP3 can be chosen for alarm, ring tone, or just about anything that you can link it to. Too bad that it doesn't use the standard charger input (it's smaller). I recommend this one!!
Hello everyone, i am considering to buy n5200.
it would be my first mobile,so got some queries.
1. what is the difference between internal and shared memory?
2. it says 5 mb of internal memory, does that mean only 5 mb of media content can be stored in this set without card?
3. any INDIAN using this phone plz reply how much a mini sd card of 512mb would cost?also what is the cost of it's usb data cable?
4. what is the minimum price of a bluetooth dongle for pc to connect with mobile?
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me anyone. thank you.
Can anybody please tell me, from where I can install the appliactions or the software for nokia 5200
5200 is with CSTN (colour super twist nero) screen which is cheaper and resolution isn't good. the camera is VGA quality and for mp3, the control buttons you need to go through the menu only.
5300 is with TFT (thin film transistor) screen which produces accurate colours, high contrast and is expensive. the phone outer body has mp3 touch control buttons which makes it easier to play music and video and camera is 1.3 mega pixels which produces much better quality pictures compared to VGA quality.
this phone is awsome.i love its look.look hot.especially the sliding feature,mp3,radio etc etc.this phone is babe
Worst phone ever!!! I had it for like 3 months before it cracked, I got it fixed for free, but it's done nothing. Do not buy this phone!
can anyone tell me how good its sliding feature?
I think its sliding feature is not strong.
it can be damaged by very easily.
How many times in this phone life can we slide it?
can anyone help me?
thanks in advance
hi everyone ,
bought tis fone a few weeks back ... gud fone ... i prefer using a card reader to put music on to my card cos bluetooth is too slow n the data cable is over-priced ... BT transfer rates are pathetic ... even my n-gage transfers stuff quicker ... as for music quality , it jus rocks ... the sound quality of both 5200 n 5300 is the same ... i checked myself and am sure bout this ...
Can someone tell me that music quality is same between 5200 and 5300 ?
thanks in advace
hey guys...the phone is nice...the sound is good...but i have a question regarding on how to activate the Instant message...if anyone know out there the settings for IM here in saudi arabia...thanks
Guys, its a great phone, I dont understand why are the ratings so bad :S, it has good sound quality and it has a good battery, but the only thing that makes it not perfect is the screen, its a bit small for the model, and the camera is not good at all, many of you wonder if you can receive\send big files and songs, I sent to my phone a big file [34MB] it was sent successfully and I sent it from my phone to another 5200 it took me about 10 minutes :) Its a great phone, i highly recommend it as a user of this phone, but i would prefer the 5300 because it has a bigger screen and Xpressmusic.
this phone does seem quite good and has got evathing what i want, like mp3 support for tones, music player, a simple camera to take photos in daylight.
have got some questions.
1. how much msgs can be stored in the inbox
2. sound quality of which mobile can be compared with this cell
3. can a song of 7mb or more can be accepted through bluetooth?
4. whats the basic difference b/w 5200 and 5300(except the camera)
any indian who has bought d set in india, can any body tell-Do they include micro sd card n data cable, another question can i receive files bigger than 5 mb on bluetooth.
hey guys ,i ve just bought nokia 5200 and its a great phone.
but i have one question.
i would like to know if there is any difference in music quality in 5200 from n5300.
I've got one question...for someone who's using Nokia 5200---Is it true that the materials on this phone are bad? I've heard that this phone is made from low quality plastic?
