always gives software problem..... otherwise i love this phone.... but now its going in white-light and its damn irritating...i had many walks in nokiacare... now just pissed..

very low sound,battery,video...camera is good.accessories not not available...my money lost. dont buy dis.

A gud phone for music, camera and other factors. But a worst phone for frequent software complaints. If this software problem is solved, its a gud phone.

There is a problem in installing sftware in my nokia 5220...if i try to install any software mbl getting hanged nd taking restart..wht hv 2 do nw?

this phone is really a bad and unreliable companion. xpress music with a dull sound. really throwing money away with this phone.

..your right ! I dont like my phone now nokia 5220 XM because too bad! The error of this phone is restarting,hanging,not enough memory of music/radio player ect!

True, there are many problems with the nokia 5220 like hanging up and "not enough memory" on the music player

This phone looks so cool with its askew shape. The only Express Music phone i have used. Sound's gr8. The camera is also gud. One fault, although, my phone hangs a lot.

So ... i have been using this phone for 3 years now
i have to say its pretty good s40 phone
great sound ... never had hardware problems ... and the battery is good still living till now
but yes it have some software problems ... i had problem like restarting ... stuck keys ... camera wont work
but these things just fixed themselves i dont know how .. so yes its a good phone

This phone is good.Sound quality awsome.internet is very fast.but this phone is only software problam

Been using this phone for 2 years.
It's a great music phone.
True it hangs a lot with its original firmware.
Solution is to update its firmware or flash it. -lala
