sorry, this is not support 8 Gb, only 2 GB external memory support. see Nokia officeal website for details.

this model is faulty made by nokia. and it is fully made in china. when i capture a photo and delete it it denies to delete from camera then i havw to delete from gallery y??sometimes it delete from camera after capturing and sometimes not. bad realy bad. xpress series is horrible. xpress music i cant see things like music!!!!

looks up it is good and some time shop retailer cheat to the customer so my personal view check it up kindly when you ready to purchse . BECAUSE YOU INVEST A LARGE AMOUNT. memory card check please

I bought this unit last month (Philippines), and it came with a stock 1gb MicroSD card. I have read and heard that this baby can handle 8gb msd's so i bought myself one, a sandisk 8gb class 6 msdhc card. And it works just fine. the unit sometimes restarts (once a week) though even with the 1gb card on.. but hopefully a firmware upgrade will fix that. i have read reports of that too.. though my unit restarts like once in two weeks when i change playlists and change tracks fast (on shuffle mode). sound is good, just get yourself decent headphones or earphones for the extra bass you've been dying to hear. Camera quality is good and video is good (don't believe of reports of 7fps... i've been watching music videos smoothly on this unit), battery is good too.. it lasts me 2 days even if i'm playing my mp3's around 10hours or so. You have limited applications (s40) you can use on this unit, point is... IT IS A MUSIC PHONE... Get yourself another unit if it doesn't fit your lifestyle. Though you can't get everything in one phone.. This really is a good MUSIC phone, and affordable price range for its features.

Guys...shud I go ahead with v4.86 in this thing, coz I've heard that ppl are facing music troubles in it after the SW Version upgrade...

are you talking about the 5310's 16m color screen but it only has an 800mah battery versus 5220's 256k screen and 1000mah battery? is that really a deal breaker? imho, no

maybe the 5310's super slow camera with crappy quality versus 5220's decent camera that is fast and takes good pictures in low light conditionS? is that advantageous to the 5310?

maybe 5310's super crappy stereo speakers vs 5220 decent stereo speakers? i think 5220 win hands down there?

or maybe the visual radio on the 5310? that the 5220 lacks that is so obviously a must have lol!

so which features are you talking about then? rofl, maybe your just bitter that you bought a crappy 5310 a couple of days this phone was released and your jealous.

Yes Nokia 5220 XM has Nokia Maps which runs offline but if you want reatimes navigation then you need to buy Bluetooth GSP receiver.

for those of you that have problems with the ".nrw" file bug, restarts & crashes, just use the nokia software updater and update the firmware of the phone to the latest version.

when i bought my 5220 it was version 4.00 and experienced the same problems as you guys, but instead of crying like a baby and posting on gsmarena about how much nokia suck, i acutally read the manual that came with the phone and did abit of googling in the internet and found a solution, so i just updated my phone using the nokia sofware updater a.k.a NSU and the problems are gone!

I have bought this mobile one month back, and the very next day, its speaker got some problem, for which i have to change it by new one, its loud speaker voice is very low, and have some kind of noise, now its not yesterday when i have uploaded something from my pc, it was running good but after 10 mins it got shut off. and till now its not shutting on...

SO MY ADVISE TO EVERYONE......DONT BUY THIS SET OF NOKIA,.....AFTER ALL ITS CHINA MADE SO NO WARRANTY!!!!
