its a great cell phone and an idiot could only be fed up of it. Just some times its speakers go out of order and then get normal after some minutes. A few speed problems can be repaired by formating it when it gets overloaded and the internet speed is too good for cellphones with this price. There are thousands of apps available for this modle on the net.Its a good choice go for it.

Lots of bugs. I've won it some months ago and for me it's too expensive for what it is. Now, it's unusable because I cannot receive any calls( people get my answer phone). Nokia loses his worth...

I bought this 1 year ago and am now fed up with it. it is very very slow and have to wait after every option or selection, Hangs very frequently, Multiple items selection is a headache, No option to disable camera sound. I get Samsung Galaxy Y for the same price which is much better than this with the added advantage of WiFi and Android of course with 800 MHz.

I am using this phone for the last 2 years, I have not faced and problem on this. 3G, GPS(Map), Camera everything perfect in this phone….
For Rs.7500 its worth phone

i recently bought mine last week. no wonder they call it a smart fon. i can now browse faster on the internet and videos are high def. best of both worlds

it is a best phone in all aspects ,,,
It's just like ur trainee ,it works fast on using.

No matter ,,,,it's the best phone in cost range 7,225.

High speed internet,ovi maps,video recording ,cam photos are pretty good in this phone when compared with other.

I am using this phone this from last year. I can only see videos from youtube But i cant watch the videos from www.dailymotion.com site. Can anyone tell me how can I watch videos from this site ?????

My Nokia 5230 currently has a constant issue of turning itself off and on, at times it will be a on a continuous cycle of switching off and on again for 15-20 minutes at a time. During this period I am unable to have any contol over my phone. I have tried everything, from completely restoring the original setting using the soft and hard reset codes. I have also changed my memory card in case of a virus, no luck with any efforts. I wouldn't suggest this phone to a friend, it may have value for money, but does not have a long life expectancy. I have known 6 others all with the same issue and have since done some research to find a solution and, there are plently more people with my exact problem. Other than that as far as my experience goes and others I have known, This phone works great for atleast 6 months to a year. If anyone knows and has a solution please express it, I would be very curious as to what it is.
