people say that higher pixel camera give better clarity but nokia 5230 is the gem in the dark it not only work as a mobile but also as a camcorder as well people are foolish to think 2 megapixel is a cheap phonr but even iphone 4 is notting meams notiing and nothing infront of 5230

I bought this phone and well it sucks. Incoming calls only display numbers and not the names you stored on the phonebook, when looking through the phonebook, you cant display the numbers while scrolling, you have to open a contact and view dettails one by one and thats time consuming. the music volume on loudspeaker isnt much to hear. ive used other nokia phones previously and this one is a let down...

> In reply to derekoo @ 2010-10-06 07:49 from wrk1 - click to readIf you expect your Nokia phones to be made exclusively in Finland, are you prepared to pay double the price you pay for them now! China and Korea provide a huge source of cheap exploitable labour, all busy working away to provide you with cut price consumer goods!

> In reply to derekoo @ 2010-10-06 07:49 from wrk1 - click to readEverything is made in China right now. even Sony which is a Japanese company has products made in China.

Plus Nokia is not a solely-Finland-based company anymore.

> In reply to derekoo @ 2010-10-06 07:49 from wrk1 - click to readFinland? Are you serious?? I'd think all are made in China... or at the most Korea. Anyway, does one have a choice? Because one has to purchase a sealed box piece and can know where it is manufactured only after opening the box.
