I've had this phone for just over a year. It's not awesomely amazing, but it is quite surprisingly good in terms of customization and speed. You can also get the PC Suite to sync all your messages, contacts, music etc. The camera is ok, but also not amazing. One thing I would say is that the WiFi doesn't connect to any connection point, you have to go through the network internet. (Or maybe that's just the contract I have? I don't know). Battery life does last a long time if you leave the phone locked for a while (with no other applications running). I think the longest my phone has lasted is 2.5 days without charging. It runs on Symbian OS which is ok, but not all of the good apps are compatible from the Nokia Ovi store, so there may be some frustration there. My friends have blackberries, iPhones and Androids, and my phone often feels inferior, especially since the handset is quite chunky. To be honest, I only have this phone because it's a step up from my old one, and I'm waiting for the next phone in my contract... another few months to wait unfortunately.
