This phone served me well for a good four years. I only just replaced it for a more up-to-date model. In the end, what got to me was its touch screen sensitivity i.e. you had to basically stab it to get it to recognise your finger :P. Also, I was never able to use 3G on it without it dropping out after 20 seconds or so. It's also a lot bulkier and heavier than other phones. But, you know, it'd be wrong to expect a 2010 model to compete with 2014 androids and windows phones. It's good for its time :).
