I put my Nokia 5300 on the charge and the screen came all white and there was contact service. Does any one can help me pls.

If u switch if off, it will update again.. If u don't switch it off, it won't update..

When i open music player, it starts updating the music library after 100% completion, once again it starts updating. what is the problem...
