I have a little problem in 5310.
its doesnot show call duration during call. i need it . tell me wht can i do for show call duration.

The best phone I have owned.
Its just so small and light, hardly know its in my pocket.
I'm using an 8gig micro SD card OK in mime. (Scandisk).
Sound is superb - having a standard headphone jack is great on such a small phone. Sits in hand nicely with volume on RHS and player keys on LHS ..
Camera - better than expected - Ok for the odd snap ... slowish to save image. (I had a N82 5mpix cam phone ... superb, but soooo bulky ... couldnt get on with it).
User interface and keys very good .. classic Nokia easy and intuitive.
Mine has never locked or suffered the problems noted on here by others.
Ringing + text alert volumes are OK.
Buy this phone if you want a tiny small wafer thin phone, with superb Mp3 player - If you want an all singing and dancing phone go elsewhere and have a brick in your pocket.

great phone,sound great even without earphones i can listen in my car.light and small takes getting used to, but overall real happy with my purchase

The phone is good. But i've one question. in the top most row my phone shows a symbol as 'E'. Do anybody know what it is. you can mail me as well. Thanks guys!!!

I have a suggestion, it will attract many other customers also if the manufacturer replace the red colour by silver

Frm d looks of it the phn is vry nice since it is very light n slim. Of course music is wht am after so even thou they say that yes it is true dat d camera is slow d fact is dat it can still take pictures. Like the phone features xpress music so expect it to be more on music quality at it's best rather than camera unless you would like SE that true it both has camera and phone together but it is bulky and heavy compared to this unit since no phn is perfect. I just want to ask that how on earth would i know that the phone 5310 is released as the 2nd batch later than (jan 2008) so that it's problems and bugs are already fixed and that i would nt b fooled by sellers who would sell the first batch. THX

camera is bad, too slow to capture pix
sounds not too loud
that's it.

My friend has this really attractive piece. Good in features and its sooo slim..
The sound quality is good as well.
But it does gives u 2-3 restarts a day. So dat a tumbs down point. :(

Wouldn't everybody expect the 5310 to have a better battery life than 6300 ? The focus is on music!

this is one of da best phones that nokia came up with. simple & practical. and very user friendly than any brand. don't hesitate to buy. but i recommend u use it without usin any 3rd party applications other than themes n games. if u want more pls du all of 5310 users & da ones who are plannin 2 buy a favor n buy a symbian phn.

dis is regardin vinny's question,
dis phn has a full screen video playing facility. so y d u need smart movie? find your self a proper 3gp video converter. giv a hither bit rate 4 da video quality n u can watch videos in da same quality as da .avi format. dnt spoil ur phn by puttin unwanted software which affects ur phone's performance.

hi. i have one unit and was planning to buy a second unit. but i am really having second thoughts now. my old unit is a nokia 6100. nice to hold but limited memory. the thing i really don't like with 5310 is that is really gets so hot. hotter even than the sony units i have tried. i was choosing between sony k550i and n5310. having decided on this phn, i am disappointed. by the time it gets hot, it is impossible to use it over your ear anymore. like i said, other units get hot too. nokia 8810 is one. this one is worst than 8810 once it gets hot. both up front and at the back. promise. i just found out today that's why i came to look at your comments on the internet.

am havin nokia5310 here. such a nice phone. the music clarity is superb on earphone, better than any S.E. music phone. plus the 4GB memory slot so advantageous to store mp4 files. i use it as my necklace pendant, weightless. i love it really... no problem so far!
