i encourage everyone not to but this phone i brought my 5310 to nokia center and i have to wait for 3 days for them to repair it i won't recomend nokia phones...

nokia 5310 is a million times better than sonyericsson W series phones. because nokia is very very very very easy to use. sonyericsson phones are slow believe me i tries all of them. they are slow and dificult to use. and for taking pictures, personally i think sonyericsson phones got the best pictures but personally i prefer my panasonic digital camera 8.1 MP =P
and for the people complaning about automatic restart of the 5310 i think its wierd. because i got this phone for over a month now and it never did that sort pf thing! GREAT PHONE.. EASY TO USE FOR PHONE CALLS..

i used to have the nokia E65 and i wanted to buy the nokia E51 because of the many options and the WiFi. but insted, i went and bought this cheap prices nokia 5310. and to be honest, I LOVE IT!!! after using the 5310 you'll realise that all other phones are crap! i mean the 5310 has big screen, 2.0 fast bluetooth, 2MP camera and mp3 side buttons (which i never use) but when i tried the E51 and the E65 things were never the same. i mean, all other phones seem to be too complicated and has very small buttons and small font size. but what i like best in this phone is that you can add a picture to the contact detail and when he calls you you get a full screen picture of the caller WOW! it is also a very slim phone, you barely feel it when its in your pocket. people go buy this phone, its just too perfect =)

Izzit true that this nokia phone have restating problem? im planning to buy this phone next week, but after reading through the comment post here i become confuse. is this phone worth it or should i buy se w880i?

well thats a fone vid pretty shape but nothin else ....sorry nokia but u cant compete vid sony ericsson ...no way ...sony ericsson w series is much better .. no offence but i never liked nokiz slow n bulkky phones....

I think people are just getting fooled on the looks of the piece. i think 5310 is not the good phone. i have jst buyed 2 months back & i had to go the service centre twice & still my gets restarted any time. volume buttons does not work. it cant catch the range of network also properly. Do not but this phone.

solve your hang ups by sending it to nokia care centers for free... believe it... they will just going to reformat it into a higher version... bye2x to hang ups after...

Nokia 5310 got low sound of ringingtones...when u go pasar malam or some place there got many people 1..sure not notice ur hp is ringing

download a 3gp converter off the internet.
then convert your videos into 3gp format and put it into your phone. then it should work.

I bought this unit for my birthday but after learning all the features, i found out that i was not able to download my MTV video and it seems that this unit have still problem with the video.. only the mp3 music that i enjoy..... can this phone be re programmed?

This phone really rocks!the music is clear.it is very cool.if you want a music phone, get nokia 5310 xpressmusic.messaging is great.no problems wiht that.NO REGRETS WITH THIS PHONE!SERIOUSLY.the camera, even though it takes atleast 5 seconds to load the picture you captured, it's fine.IT'S GREAT.CLEAR CAMERA.It can store about 3400 or more pictures.it's cool.the games are cool too.theres snake iii.I SUGGEST THIS PHONE TO PEOPLE.It's affordable and totally worth it.
