only a fool would buy this phone after reading so many negative comments. i wish i'd read these comments before i bought this cell. so don't buy this phone & regret later. this phone is full of problems.

I got this phone 3 weeks back for not sofisticated used its fair enough, just a basic features it would be better if 3G was included.

WTF!!!!!!! is this phone good or not? y so many bad comment?? did they bought the fake 1 or the ori 1 also have problem?? and is the d-pad exactly the same like the 6300?? i hate the 6300 d-pad, so please tell me, this is kind of a delima for me, cause im looking forward to buy this phone......

the camera is very very very weak...at night 5310 camera shot very bad ... in fluorescent light it's weak ..when u zoom in picure is blur... but the music player is good ;) ...Don't buy this phone !

Don't Buy this phone!!! Battery Life? What battery life? Can't keep a charge for more than 2days with phone not being used at all. The back light on screen only comes on when it feels like it, phone turns itself off and I never hear the phone because the volume level is so low. I purchased phone before Xmas had it 4 days returned it as battery was dead got new phone 4 weeks later with new battery had this phone 2 weeks now back at Nokia Care....Who don't care!

Great phone, but can anyone tell me how to turn on the backlights on the keypad? Mine comes on whenever it feels like it!

Can this phone(nokia 5310) play any high resolution videos other than 176*144. Please tell me if there is any chance of playing high resolution videos. Thanks in advance.

oh the nokia 5310 is a too good phone i have never seen such a fast phone a slim phone such a clear screen i love this phone i thank nokia for making this phone

i have this phone for a month now, and it works great. didn't experience any freezes or restarting problems like others do, and most of the songs i loaded in it are all with .mp3 extensions, no problem, not any hassle. it's one great music phone.

I guess all those who bought the fake version should return them. I have the same phone and it's fantastic absolutely no problem with it.

my phone faces the problem of always restarting too, bt it only happens when i listen to my songs. one suggestion i read from another site is that u have to convert all ur music files from .mp3 to .aac... im trying that now. tell u if it works

Hello all, am Bash, I too having the same problem. In the middle of the conversation the phone suddenly hangs, theres a sound and the whole screen goes blank. So i have rest to factory settings. But the result is even worst. begining it asked for security code which I put 12345. Totally phone got stucked. keypad also not working. bullshit cellphone i have ever seen.

I purchased on December 29 to give New year gift to my bro. from Reem Tele Communications Saudi Arabia.

Anyone help me to fix this problem.

On the second day since i bought this phone it just suddenly started to freeze almost every 2 minutes and so i had take the battery out and insert it again. I tried to reset the phone and it still didnt work. On the way to taking the phone back i tried formatting the memory card and finally it stopped freezing. So if u have a similiar problem try what worked for me: remove the card- check if the phone still hangs- if it stopped format the card on a different phone(you could also restore factory settings to make sure). Since then the phone has had no problems.

I suggest u not to go for the mobile nokia 5310 coz this mobile sucks. It has been a defective set from the time its been lounged. It has all sorts of problems like restarting and all unwanted things. I took my mobile to nokia authorized service center but they too can’t help me with it. I m repending for buying that set. So please don’t buy that model of nokia 5310.
