This phone is nice in terms of the camera, video and music.
Major disadvantages:
1. No casing replacement
2. It keeps hanging (sending messages would take a minute or two)
I love this phone but it sucks!!!

nice phone---the only downfall for this unit is the keypad...it will eventually wear out...

Hi all,
I am based in South Africa and would lke to purchase a few hundred/thousand of these phones for use in PTT(push to talk) as it offers rugged capability and is hopefully some what of a low cost phones. Can any one point me int he right direction on how to bring these hones into the country?
What other low cost rugged/tough phones are there available with GPRS connectivity and simbian operating?
Really need help please

yes mine got hanged a few times but because of bad software, conflicting apps or opening way too many apps...
not hang for no apparent reason...
and it's way infrequent to bother during the two years period...
you have problem with yours then too bad for you...

this is ridiculous
i have this phone for the last 30 years
it has never hanged
in fact i put a 12 megapixel camera into it

no hang problems with mine... over two years now...
if you have problems perhaps you should hard reset your phone, get new/latest firmware, format your memory card...
if you install programs do it one by one... see if there's any that causes the problem...

heyee......messagin from this phone take 4 mins n in between it .......it also gets hanged....plz ny body help me wid this issue......what shud i do so dat it doesn't hang

The aplications and games of this model, are good. But unfortunately it hangs much.

my experience is like joe, have this phone or two years. despite scratches, dents, and keyboard paint problem, so far the phone works great...

Fantastic phone, completely indestructible, I've had mine 2 years and apart from quite a few dents and scratches, it still works as well as on the day I got it.
