Maybe you typed that wasn't acceptable for gsmarena.com i had a lot of comments that was eithe blocked or erased the next day after typing lol.. So what was the comment about please explain it in simple sentence so it wouldn't be blocked.. No bad words, or trashing people

Hi nuwan.
I want to buy a touchscreen phone but i am confused b.w nokia 5530 and 5230 pls tell which one is good and trouble free.i have also heard that 5530 video recording is not good. Gps...3g and wifi not required the only concern is a good touchscreen phone with good music and nice camera and video recording.also i am a heavy user of internet. Thanx in advance.

@FlatlandGeek - you can try a soft reset first, then if that wont work. try a hard reset.
@Nuwan - do you know what's the difference between the OVI suite and the nokia PC suite? which one is much better to use? coz i think they both do the same thing. thanks...

Dear Nuwan,
I Found out a while ago that my firmware is already V 20.0.080, Software Version date 11-16-2009, custom version 20.0.080.C01.01, Custom version date 11-16-2009, and it still hangs and also the sound of the games that already installed in my phone are not working.and also about the video and camera it always hang turning to all black.it will not come back to normal if you don't restart it. is this an evidence of factory defect?i bought this phone 6days ago

Can u please correct your advertisement coding especialy for siemens which never goes away even if i click on close.. it irritates the user... it goes on getting large. and blocks the content for which we visit gsmarena..

i also wanted to knw if google maps latitude would work on this phone... im not sure as it does not have GPS... but latitude as an independent application, would it work??

hello everyone,
I m facing a problem with my 5530x, the messages are not sorted in order when I select 'time' option. I have installed updated software, still the problem persists. Can anyone help me?
Another thing, I can not view or edit office documents, can anyone give me a web address from where I can download these softwares for free.

thank you for your reply. I actually read it on the Nokia website. i was comparing 5800 and 5530 and under speakerphone with 5800 it sed yes and under 5530 it was blank...so i thought maybe it doesn't have.
But anyway what is teh main difference between the two phones. No doubt i like the 5530 better, but features-wise wat all is not there in 5530 that is a plus. Then i would think accordingly, coz the price difference is not much between the two.

I think all have to Upgrade the Firmware, so as to Keep the phone not Hanging. My Phone's Firmware Version is 20.0.08, Think so, i didnt had any hanging problem at all. The Phone Really Worked Very Fastly , and the Touch Responsive is Amazing , just like capacitive.
But sad thing is my phone's Camera key Got damaged, lock jey got damaged and battery life was very Poor! So Gave it back to Nokia Priority people for Exchanging for New Piece and Now Waiting For Their Response whether i will get new Piece or will get the handset repaired!!!
