I Saw ‘GPS data’ in the apps. Folder! Is it GPS or what? When I select it, it says “searching for GPS satellites” Then it asks to switch on Bluetooth & all kinda crap.
Cons:
Can’t access phone memory via USB
Scrolling through music player with joystick freezes constantly
No gallery slideshow
Can’t see percentage of data received via Bluetooth (Just brackets)
Unattractive flashing of the screen when certain apps. are selected
Not compatible with all apps.
Camera in low light is inadequate.
& Browser connection fails constantly {or is it just me}

I found it at page five, here it goes
"If u are trying to delete the themes come installed with phone than you simply can not delete them.
In case of themes installed by u, u can simply remove them from app manager or if not listed than connect ur phone in USB mode & go search in private folder manually & delete."

First thing I want to say is purchase before it became out of stock. As its sparsely available now days.
Second thing you ask for better, can u tell us better than what. You must have some benchmark for comparison. We can suggest if u tell us that too. Otherwise we have same views like gsmarena ,mobilereview. Sound is not loud but its very clear.

hi guys...
i've an excellent idea To tell u ... u know u can use ur flash as a torch without any application..?? its simple .. go on the camera option(media>camera)without twisting da fone...
then choose the flash option and then set it"on"... click to taka a pic and while taking the pic quickly twist da fone... try it maan ... its really amazing..!! the nokia 5700 is the best fone of da year......

is music better in 5700....

Being mod in a symbian forum is just rally great...I love it ^_^.....aditya, maybe we can build our own forum specially for 5700, with themes apps and games?........lolzzz

For your existing file, a backup is recommended & necessary prior to update. your phone will be reset to factory settings. Although data in memory card is safe but still I suggest u to backup that also .

Do not rely on Nokia Software Updater, even for me it shows that latest version is 3.27 though I am using 3.83 for 3 months. You should hand over your handset to Nokia Care & ask them to update the software. 3.83 is quite stable.

Hi guys. Now , i have installed around 10 themes in my memory card , out of which around 4 themes cannot be seen in app manager. Now , the thing is , i dont want those 4 themes. So , may i know how to delete those themes ? I even installed xplore and searched for those themes..but could not find anywhere..but still it exists in themes..plz anyone tell me how 2 delete those themes , which are not in app manager..

Is this phone good? I've been thinking to buy it.... My 5300 speaker is already crashed.... there is no vibration and sometimes it cuts off calls itself! I have to change it asap... Is 5700 better or 5610? Feedback faster please... Thanks.

I have this phone for almost 5 months now.. fantastic piece of art.. really loving this phone,
one more thing.. i want to format da mobile data.. but i have no idea wat the code is, i want the code that deletes every thing in the phone.. ill be greatful. thx

im also from the philippines and i upgraded my firmware to 3.83.1 from the older 3.27
