N76-Not a music phone.
N70 and N73-ME -Not music phones (Music Edition just means it comes with a higher capacity memory card, and better headphones in package PLUS the Nseries Music Player.
5300 -Cheap Music budget phone
Have you EVER even touched an N81 or N91? These are THE KINGS of Music Phones, they ABSOLUTELY DESTROY those stup!d Walkmans at Music Quality and at being Music Phones in general, YOU MUST CUT THE CRAP! The N91 COMPLETELY DESTROYED the lil SE W950 at sound and NOW the N81 has TOTALY KILLED the lil W960 at sound: http://www.mobile-review.com/r...960-en.shtml
Those cheap Walkmans are NOT great at all! Ive owned W800, W900, And W880, also tested W850, W910,W580, W960 NONE of them come close to my N81 or N91. The W900 and W960 were loud but don't have the sound quality to match an N81. SE have been beaten at their own game IN BOTH Music and Camera by NOKIA, GET OVER IT! :-)

CUT THE CRAP
no music phone is better than the SE walkman phones
I have owned the N76 N70 music edition N73 music edition and also the nokia 5300.
they all are music phones but thay cant be compared to the SE walkman phones cause i had the follows phones w700 w810 w850 w610 but all i can say is that SONY ERICSSON rules,
the perfect sound ever is the walkman phones great quality headphones, super bass, and fast response.
i have never faced any problem with the SE walkman phones but i have tons of problems with the nokia phones ( slow response, low built quality, bad bad bad sound in both speakers and in the earphones) but i have to admit nokia is good in cameras and video recording beside good for business

Becoming a mod is possible, but its rarely very hard to become one....I became one after 6 months of active participation, and I am now good friends with lots of members at Noeman, so I got promoted....I wrote tutorials on OS 9.1/9.2, shared some apps, signed lots and lots of apps, and so on.....but there are new forums where it'll be easier for you to become mod.....like themobilebay , its still new.....but to my opinion Noeman is the best....because we are kind and are a warm team to help you there....

I dont know whats taking soo much time........if nokia can update nsu for some regions and not for the rest togeter.....then its fishy.........because the firmware has to be standard for all regions.....so why is it taking so much time.........it makes no sense to me...

So what? I don't use its' camera, besides, it's really a music-centric phone. And I have a Sony Cybershot Camera to use.
But the 5700's video recording is great for mobile phone! Typical for YouTube uploads!

It's a good phone with poor camera useful functions but not even close to sony ericsson 8,9 walkman series i have the phone 5700 and i also have w960 and w810 the best is w960 i tested it. I am not a nokia or sony ericsson fan i just like gadgets.
I will test i phone to to se the diference.

In my case, installing a SanDisk 4GB microSDHC to my 5700 didn't encounter any problems. It just works ok, just like when I was using a Kingston 2GB microSD prior.
It runs smoothly.

i think you should consider buying nokia 5610 xpress music, it has 3.2 MP cam w/ auto focus and has a good music thought its headset,its loudspeaker is not as good as of nokia 5700's

i m planing to buy a new phone specially for music and camera, and i have two choices
1.> N70-Music Edition
2.> Nokia 500
I just want to know which one is better for above features. And i found in my friend's N70 that it's little bit difficult to play instant music than play music in music edition phone Nokia 5300.
And i want the phone which has good performance and easy to play musics as well as a good quality of camera.
So you guys which phone should i buy.. please suggest me.

Ya the same code. But now I am just looking for ne way to revert back 2 v3.83.1 bcoz my handset is very very much unstable now. Even worse than v3.27.

Any 1 do help me out with this as right now my 5700 is really working at a speed which is even inferior to the good old Nokia 6600 of mine. To add more misery the battery back up is down to half a day apart from extreme difficulty in using the phone like even making a call or reading an SMS. Plz n suggestions would b really really grateful.

Of course that Nokia 5700 supports 4gb micro sd cards. Did you tried it before on your 5700?? I'm not having problems with my San Disk 4gb micro sdhc. Which firmware do you have?? Just type on the standby screen *#0000#
