That translates to about 68 kbps, 6x faster than what I get. Maybe I haven't configured my phone properly. Thanks for the info bro!! It'll now be easier to troubleshoot my problem.

My 5 cents worth.. based on spec sheet of the phones..

although it's wider)

connectivity 5700 (w/ infra)
sound quality 5700 (stereo sound)
battery life 5700

other considerations:
5700 has twist design vs 5320's traditional bar
5320 has newer OS version + more bundled software
5320 has 3.5 mm audio jack built in

It seems to me 5320 is better overall, but the biggest issues are the screen size and battery life; 5700 is better in those areas.

For those considering which to phone to buy: it all boils down to individual preferences when determining the winner.

Yeah I have seen the new version of LCG jukebox 2.30 in Vip_Blast's forum (Noeman) where I have an account, but like Vipl_Blast said: it is uncracked so It will be the same story as 2.17 because I won't be able to play more than one song. But let's wait the full cracked version to be available very soon.

Well you're simply great bro! Even if you have your forum you create a new one in mobile9.com.with all your applications. Well that's great, but I like Noeman GSM forum too, but there are so many programs and is a lil bit difficult to search a particular one. Thanks again

Bro, I'm a Smart user. I don't know much about bandwidth measuring but if you ask me, I experienced downloading a 4MB music file in just a minute. Will that give you an idea?

woow really...too bad..T__T...btw, im also collecter of app^^...if my customers have apps probs, its very usefull...anyway...some hacker had been broke the security system of s60 v3 OS...their try 2 create a virus..huhu..bad2..i try to find out but i doesnt have their code..huhu..beware..

To vip_blast-- Well , allright buddy. Do post in v2.30 jukebox , and i ll b waiting 4 that..and regarding core player , i think the sound is superb , but thr is sme distortion for few songs, thats wht i hate..but in lcg jukebox , thrs absolutely no distortion for any songs. So , jukebox beats core player..but i hope core player would b made much more stable with a latest version....anyways , cheers !

Sorry bro but I hate mobile9......I prefer forums, but dont worry, I already have CorePlayer (although I dont like that app too much).....I use Smartmovie/Divx Playe and the integrated Real Player....actually I think I have each and every app for s60v3 (even not working ones like rotateMe, Shake'n'Lock or Ngage 2.0)...lol!!:D:D

I have the LCG Jukebox 2.30, what's nice about this version is that it supports other new formats like AAC....but my version is uncracked....but dont worry when I get the cracked version I'll post a link here for ya guys ;)....

To fellow Pinoy 5700 owners using Smart SIM:

What's your bandwidth when surfing the net. My Firefox browser reports an average download speed of 10 kbps when I'm using 3G. Theoretically, it should be approximately 380 (or 480?) kbps . That's less than 25% of its capability. What could be the reason behind this?

To Dilmeet-- I am using v4.21 from more than a month , and thr is absolutely no problem. The handset works smoothly , and u ll really enjoy using 5700 much more than now. Cheers !

To luis-- Well dude , u r right. When u install lcg jukebox v2.17 , phone keeps freezing. Even i m facing the same problem. So , even i uninstalled jukebox. Yesterday , i saw jukebox v2.30 , the latest version , and lets hope we wont find any problems after installing the latest version. But still , the sound that u get from jukebox is wonderful. Anyways , cheers !

Well I think I'll have to wait a lil more time because the nearest Nokia center is 120km from my town so I'm not able to go right there frequently. But I'm going to try with Nokia Software Updater too, there are many chances to have a version available to my 5700.

I downloaded glassplayer & its not working or deleting. I tried downloading it again but it just makes a new glassplayer next to the old one. please help

I am also using 3.83.1 extensively and did not found any bug though.

Its a fix focus phone so its expected to be faster in capturing. I am not aware abt 5310 but its not bad.

When I went to Nokia Care here in india, they too had reinstalled 3.27 on my phone as they were not aware of any new firmware & they didn't bother for same. But when I specifically told them that I have confirm news from nokia mail support regarding 3.83 availability in india; they downloaded and installed that.

If by any way you can confirm this from nokia support and can communicate that to the care guys You'll have good chances.
