to all 5700 users here...
what can you say about the sound or music quality of 5700 coz in mobile-review they said that 5700 is inferior to 3250 in sound quality...is that true?
another thing ...how about the build quality..specially the joystick and keypad.

Autotheme is an app which changes your theme automatically, whether according to your profile or to a specific period of time.....Smartmovie is used to watched converted AVI files, e.g. a full movie on your 5700 (like American Pie 6) with high image quality and sound quality is about 80mb......

I have 27 themes, 27 games, 28 apps.....I have only 132 songs on my 1GB card, of different formats.....whe I convert everything to m4a, the files play correctly but only in gallery....in the music player it doesnt appear in the list, and when I refresh labrary, it just keeps refreshing :(.......

Dude, actually setting this to on or off doesn't make any real difference, as the phone checks each and every app of its certificate....I have my cert and key file according to my IMEI.....
To everyone:
If you fear from downloading from any site, then I'll tell you - there is nothing to worry about.....upon installation, if you fear any app, then just dont install......if the application is accessing your phone, then the phone will ask you the permisson to allow it, otherwise the app wont be able to do a single damage to your phone......I have about 6000 files for my 5700 (downloaded from trusted and untrusted) and not a single one of them damaged my phone...so relax and just CHILL....lolZZZ

I do agree with you buddies and even I am not using AV on my phone. Not mainly because of RAM and absence of virus but because it occasionally restart the phone occasionally.
A practical example where user can download a virus(obviously one should exist for this scenario) is.
When check certificate option is set to no.(I have this setting as many apps on even trusted sites are not signed.).
You never download a virus but A virus will never named as abcvirus.exe but in a name which may look usefull like latest_office_crack.exe.
So in above scenario you are downloading a good office app with certificate checking off And eventually getting ur phone infected.
Download only from trusted sites is only valid point and every one should follow it. Else its not that hard to hit this platform too.

Oh, just that in your wish list, some one may still say that even after these added feature its not likable coz it do not have wi-fi, gps, why 3 mp cam it s/b 5 mp, now days we have screen growing till 3.5 inches so 2,4 is quite small and much more blah blah.
The point is that a company launches a product to satisfy a particular age and budget segment and that decide what feature a phone can have.
There are are always possibilities of improvement in each phone even N95 can have few improvement but a phone is always launched by keeping a particular age/budget group in mind and so does 5700.

s60 version 3 had some 'blocker' that not that easy the virus (hooho 4get, still not have virus 4 this OS platform, im a hacker to^^) to acsess ur phone...basicly it have like artificial immunity system in this OS..if the virus created this day and it try to acsess(try to?? nop, it cant acss 2 ur phone unless u stupidly install it)..it will warn u 1st about the permit thingss...lol..u have the phone n u never do this rite..hehe..
than if the virus created 2 days before, hah..no change...

Hi guys! It's been some time since I last posted something here.
My 5700's going to be 1 year this June! Overall, I've never had any frustrations with it! It's been the greatest handset I've ever used.
-good browser
-fast response
-good music player
-awesome sound quality
-average camera
-good video recording
I'm currently using a 4GB microSDHC with it. No problems, no lags. Plays music as long as I desire, I even tried plugging this to my home component system -- what a blast! I pair my 5700 with my Shure SE420 -- astounding! I'm a Smart Telecom subscriber -- text all you want plus good mobile internet rates!
16 themes, more than 10 apps, 1100+ songs, 16 music videos! The experience is so amazing.
I'll still keep my 5700 though I have plans of purchasing N78 when it comes out.

There isn't perfect phone. You need to understand that if Nokia had put a 2.4 inches screen and a 3.5mm jack it would be a more expensive phone. That's all the explanation. Tell me an S60 that offers more than this phone for less price??

@Mansoor Ayas.
The obvious reason of why you can't install your dictionary on the 5700 is because that program is for S60 2nd edition (The sistem that runs on your N72). This phone is 100% compatible with 3rd edition software as N73. I'm so sure that N73 isn't compatible too with your dictionary because as 5700 it has S60 rd edition. So you will need to download a 3rd edition compatible Dictionary in order to run it on N73 or 5700.
