Hai Yall, i'm new here...I got some problem wit my Nokia 5700..It seem some of the part of the phone are hard to find(the board in the twisting mec.), my phone is in deep water and i want it to get fix A.S.A.P...could someone plz tell me where i can some secondhand part 4 tis phone.....i really like tis phone n i don't want to lose it

One of the biggest flaws of this phone is it lacks a 3.5 mm jack... I know its provided with an adaptor, but do u know the nokia warranty policy:
1 year for handset
6 months for batter
3 months for headset (thts the adaptor)
1 month for data cable
Its 6 months since i hav bought this phone, everythigns great but my adapter keys aren't working anymore nd its no more under warranty.... dunno when the sound output will be cut off...

1 problem about the nokia 5700 is the battery it is very very pooor please please make a better long lasting battery.i am in love with nokia`s and if u dont do something about that problem u will lose 1 of your customers thank u.

my boyfriend have one of this phone it
is the bessssssssssssssst.you can take pics in sequence and when making a video and your battery goes dead you can charge it and the video continues. the pics comes out clean.

That soundw wonderful (about your FW,) I think I'll have to do the same to update cause I'm loosing my hope that some day will be an Update Via NSU for my 5700. After a year there is still no updates :(
About the rest my phone is still working fine, I haven't problems with twisting section and the casing is fine too.
My only concerning is about battery I think it's lasting less time than before, It lasts 1.5 to 2 days when I listen 3 hours music via headphones, 15min via speakers and 30min calls. Do you think is lil battery time??
If I play 30 min of games it lasts 1 to 1.5 days after charge.

Wazzup guys?remember me?hows life dilmeet,jamal,luis,and other 5700 owners?i still keep my 5700!and the g0od thing is ive updated already my 5700 to v5.11 via phoenix. The phoenix that ive downloaded doesnt require to uninstall any nokia app in pc,hassle free.i just trembling the whole process and voila,updated in an instance,doesnt took to0 long,ar0und 10mins below.so update guys,phoenix is safe.regards.

Some other users don't complain about 4gb cards so I think 4gb is the max. recommended. My phone runs almost at the sime speed as with 1gb card

go to nokia site to upgrade your firmware..u have to download d updater den it installs the upgrade directly to ur phone

yes you can use a headset on it..just connect it 2 d jack dat goes into d headphone port and u're good to go

When nokia tells you that the phone supports 2 gb maximum,it really means it. Even if you use a 16gb it will work...for some time. Even i used a 8gb with my phone;after 5-6 months, i got problems with network coverage,then the phone kept on releasing heat when the battery was inserted,then i couldn't use it anymore. No one could repair it. Check forumnokia.com for device specifications and max memcard size.
