hey yal. ive been looking for a phone for quite sometym now.i came across the 5700 sometym back...still in 2 minds. is it worth a buy???pls do let me noe...waiting for a reply.thanks

ok.
i've had this phone for around 2 years and haven't faced any problems until now.
when i twist to cam mode, nothing happens, the numeric keypad keeps lit.
when i twist to music mode it's okay.
when i retwist it to normal phone mode, the Music keys are still lit, the numeric keys don't work and the phone goes into camera mode !!!
When i restart, the numeric keys are lit again, but if i twist, same problem occurs.
Any solution to this problem ???

Great phone! Try to make the most of it by adding software to it. Try reading ebooks on it for example.

P.S. With PowerMP3 you can boost the volume a little with the preamp function. Very nice.

i have it for about 3 years now, and I would only replace it for a touchphone. To date, no phone matches the sound quality of the loudspeakers (from what I've heard anyway). Yes the design is a little awkward, yes there is no bass in your headphones, yes there's no wi-fi, yes the loudspeakers could have been a tad louder, BUT the sound coming out of the speakers, makes up for just about everything. I absolutely love that sound. Oh and it's a smartphone too. Loaded it with tons of apps, games and themes and I still browse the menu and gallery with ease. My first concern when trying to buy another phone is: will the sound be at least close to this?
If you know about a touchphone that has a decent pair of loudspeakers please gimme a holla. PEACE

very good phone. robust and versatile. I'm still using it for 2.5 yrs. But it was easily faced out..I don't know why

m usng 5700. I hav a problm , weneva m sending ne thing via bluetooth it says sending failed , bt via infrard m able 2 send.. Bt m able 2 receive files... Plz help . Wat 2 do...?
