I just bought the N5700 everything is great,however as nokia was claiming it to be a music phone with dedicated music chip the ARM 11, i was very dissappointed that the sound produced (using the OEM headset or my sony headset)lack the deep bass sound found in most high end music phones, I tried to activate the loudness on the audio setting but with minimal effect. I also tried adjusting the user equalizers settings to accentuate the bass but had very little effect. Can somebody tell me if we have a software patch or firmware upgrade higher than version 3.27?

i have need combination of software & music ,Nokia 5300 is an great phone & steel i have enjoy good sound quality, but now i want new cell, nokia 5700 may be good phone ,pls. some advice me about speed of nokia 5700 software .is it same like nokia 3230, or more faster than. pls mail some.

hi...i got this phone 2days back but can somebody tell me why it shows memory full delete some messages to get the messages although the memory isset to memory card and there is around 100 mb free memory pls mailme if anyone knows about it

5700 Has best stereo speakers ever :P.. Is that true?? I would say yes..

I have been using this phone for a month or so, and i have to say that it's absolutely amazing.
The quality of the mp3 player and stereo speakers is very good.
The camera is what you'd expect from 2 mpix. It ain't that good, but its definetly a nice thing to have. The flash kinda sucks.
The desing is a bit weird, the charging port is on the side, but it doesn't feel too big in your hands.
And theres A TON of downloadable content if you know where to search from. All of the games that work on n73 work on this one.
Id give it a 9/10.

but now they say "certificate may not yet be valid, is expired or phone's date setting not correct" still cannot..

i just bought ths phon,its got all the features a good camera ,good music qlty,the phon is really superb its a must buy for all musik lovers,and teenagers....buy it and u wil not regret it

AHH. i want to download skins from ownskin.com but when i want to download it, it says "expired cetificate" can anybody tell me what can i do to stop this from happening?

its have a some problem ,that equlizer dont work in the phone . sometime phone automatically hang

commenting on n73 vs 5700...
well, both phones run on the 'almost' same platform ('almost' in terms that n73 has symbian v9.1 and 5700 runs on v9.2).
overall performance? 5700 wins. it's much faster (when starting up, browsing, operating apps)than n73.
n73's edge over 5700 is only its' 3.2 mp af camera.
one thing i've noticed between the regular n73 and the n73 music edition is that the m.e. has the same music player interface as with the 5700. the regular n73 has the earlier music player version doesn't support album art. (unless if it can be done by a firmware update, that i'm not sure).
but in general, both phones are really great deals. and again, it would depend on the user/buyer.

Sorry.. I meant not cliff.. it was "omega supreme".. Yes you are right about this phone. This is a good phone. The sound quality is very good. I brought this phone few days before and i love it. Although this is a music phone, it can take almost good pictures and it has many camera features. The ony minus thing i felt when compared to SE is little lack of bass but that we can get by using other quality headsets.
