wowww....it's great phone. when will it be launching in jakarta (indonesia) ???? because, after i read the spec i really want to but this phone.

this phone is the best i've seen from nokia. i'm a real nokia fan. can't wait to own the 5700.

this is a very good fone exactly like n91 with the features and all except WIFI. it is smaller and lighter which is better. also had dual stereo speakers which makes it like a nokia 6233. also has flash!

atleast the markets can now say goodbye to the so so bad 3250. i mean, whats the macro for?! XD
so i guess i wont be buying this phone just looking at its specs. i mean im using 7390 and from 6233, its just everything has been upgraded! if only the 5700's cam has x8 and not x4 zoom on pics. XD i cant keep up with that! but this phone rocks other than that. big screen, cool design. and lovely features like the 3g:)

WoW! This phone I guess is next generation of 3250, I have 3250 for more than a half a year and I love it. I wont change the phone to any other. I like that 3250 is heavy - I like to feel it my hands, black with stylish chromed elements rocks. For now I don't need a Video Call, but if the phone support it, I would use it!
So, this phone is next gen of 3250, and this phone I'll be migrating to, but only if it will be fully black, I like that it has Video Call - good phone! Realy good! And if it will have in set 1GB memory card and thous headphones shown in photo - it will be THE BEST PHONE! SE will get white of jealousy!!!

First is for history books, best is for consumbers. When it comes to music phones SE is the first phone that comes to mind, whether it be due to marketing or better product. I am not sure which is true.
The only music phone experience I have in the Nokia brand is the 6233. That is a solid phone, only really lacking flash on the camera.

just FYI, the first music-phone is Siemens SL45 (release date: 2000), and then followed by Nokia 5510 (release date: 2001).
that means, those two music-phones came long long way before SE's Walkman-phones.

Ummm... I guess every phone has it's down/lack of features. Every manufacturer and designer of mobile phones won't let us have it all. To cameras, sound quality, system hang-ups etc etc etc.
When I saw this unit, my opinion is that "It Rocks!". Although it seem bulky a single camera 3g capable put the fact that it will lower the price compare to those that has dual camera.. The twisting makes it more comfortable to use as a video cam. I like it better than 3250. For music, I just hope the headsets are great. If this unit has WLAN then maybe there will be lesser arguments..
At present I got my W810i but I am thinking of buying 5700 when it's available in our local market.

tanx to all u guys that agree wit me!!!! if nokia wantd to pretend it had a audio chip y wudnt dey say it had a 2.4" screen nd a 4gb expandable memory, if nkia says it has an audio chip it does y wud dey lie??? t all those people that think the n91 one i beta heres a little taster of wat is beta bout the nokia 5700 it has flash,easy-to-use key pad,nice nd compact design, better lookin bigger screen....etc
also evryone who tink it is jus lyk a 3250 its not k cus the size,weight and features r all differnt oh so that means the nokia 5700 is a complety DIFFERENT fone!!get that into ur heads!!nokia r doin a beta job of SE so they can go away nd make some mor building products!!!!lol
