it's different meaning of mobile phone , life in touch is perfect .......

It is a great phone. Downloaded some stuffs and it's working perfectly.

I can't ask for more, it has everything.

Maps-the maps are so helpful in the NE. It has a lifetime warranty already.

Camera-pretty good too,but sometimes not that good in low lighting conditions (but what's the use of a photoshop? If you want clearer photos then buy a digital camera!)

Browsing-wifi and 3g are the best. Even if in 2g mode,it's pretty fast.

Touch-it's responsive. Bought the phone with an updated firmware of v50 and it has kinetic scrolling already.

Sound-loud.i'm satisfied with it. I just don't understand why some comments here tell that it sucks. Maybe their mp3 songs are of low quality.

Overall, Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition is a superb phone. Must buy!

hey everyone.it's been 3 mounth that i bought this phone it's great nice music player easy to use sat nav it works excellent,but sth that is bad about this is that the phone dosen't have mark buttom to put mark in image etc.another is that it hang alot and you should pick up the battery to restart the phone any way i like this phone and i enjoy working whit it.
it's worth to buy

this phone is so dark on screen,u cannot even change it to light, so is the camera.is so poor.

i am using it 3months.....found no problem.... difference between 5800xm and 5800ne is the outlook.....5800ne comes with light black body with chrome border (look like n97)..its released in 2010 so it is updated then ordinary 5800xm..sound is awesome....by using ear-bud headphone..u will feel da deep bass like home theater...camera is good.....if u upgrade yor firmware to v50.....u will get kinetic scrolling,better and fast touch response,homesceen look like 5530xm,updated music player (similar to n97) with background playback function,improve camera quality and much more...some bug also been fixed....
comes with music....preloaded 2 music videos,9 mp3s and the dark knight trailer....box bundled with car charger,travel charger,car holder,mini usb,earbud headphone,handstrap with guiter pick stylus. if any query....ask me.....

hate this phone
it hangs no camera quality i hav just buyed it in january 2010 n had repaired it 2 times in jst 4 months of buy
strictly saying not to buy this phone
go for c6 or x6

Everything is okay,. But when coming to messaging and browsing, omg, really facing hard time.
How come you people use only a touch screen handset?????????

to use the internet through the phone, you have to install OVI suite on your computer. It will then give you an option to connect to "phone model" via "carrier". you can go into the settings and select a particular carrier (well, the one you are on).

hi,friends,
i brought this phone yesterday..ahmedabad..
i brought it from nokia priority...
a person said this is a Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition...its black with gray lines but not crome ...i got mobile car holder..but no car charger...its in blue box...
my ques. is...i can't see any Navigation Edition word..only express music...what that mean.this phone is Navigation Edition or not..
i got 50v.firmware version..kinetic scrolling...maps...
