u mean the screen problem ( horizontal/vertical lines with scrambling colors ) is due to rough handling ? and why is it that all users who had this problem has similar manifestation ? its that a hardware problem the LCD is a crap !

CAN a small creature like cellphone cram everything-TV,music system,digicam,videocam,videoplayer,laptop,wifi,mediaplayer,ipod,clock,diary,FRIEND,WIFE...AND OFFCOURSE MOBILE PHONE !!!

There's no Senheisser PMX 60 in the box now. It was just a Diwali Offer. I asked it at a near Nokia Priority Centre. They told me this.

Reason behind not including Tv out spec in Nokia website.
- Manufactured lot of sep 2009 sets ( without Tv-Out hardware ) and even roaming in market now, they want to clear them off.
- if they mention in website, all the sep 2009 models would not sell and this is their fraudulent strategy.

Senheisser PMX 60 - Rs2225 in box , worth just Rs300
Reebok glass - Rs 4999 in box , worth just Rs200 :-)
I bought black 5800 for rs 13700 , with Reebok glass and Senheisser headset and they told me this info.
Even a eBay seller confirmed it.

For you guys getting screen problems, make sure you are not abusing the phone by putting it in your back pocket or something. I'm sure these screens are subject to failure if bent.

Since I got the Nokia 5800 in June 2009 I have had problems with the screen freezing. Sent it back and had updates put on the phone and problem seems to have gone, but another problem has started. The phone kept turning off. I sent this to be checked again and it seems that the battery is not making good contact with the pins, hence the phone turning off. I was told that this was a new problem and to use a small piece of cardboard to tighten the batters to give a better connection. It seems this has happened to a number of these phones...
