except for the multi touch feature, iphone is not even a match for this newest phone sensation. iphone lovers are just forced to appreciate their units to avoid the pain of admitting they made the wrong choice.

You can change to bigger memory card when you need it..

Steve Wozniak
“Things like [the iPod], if you look back to transistor radios and Walkmans, they kind of die out after a while,” he predicted, referring to a major Apple profit center in recent years.

I'd rather buy an iPhone than this one. Hello, the battle nowadays when it comes to phone is large storage capacities especially in Gigabytes, and this one only has 81mb internal memory?! How can i put videos on it when it only has that prehistoric memory?! and besides, when it comes to designs like that (touch screens), iPod is still the best.

Everything Nice for music phone.. could have been more complete with an FM transmitter as that of W980i.

well, it´s more than satisfactory to have 8-16 gb memory card on board, but a bigger ram and a faster processor like that on n95-n96 (330 mhz dual cpu) would be more complete,, but if it costs 500$ as nokia claims it would be quite value for price,,,and what is the difference between symbian 9.3 and 9.4? is it only the adaptation to touch screen?

yea ..

u all complaining about 5800 wif only 3,15 Mp camera..
remember itz a mid-high end phone ...

otherwise,the fact,..camera nokia wif 3,2 Mp(e.g N73,5610,etc..) & 5 Mp (N95,N82),etc has no obvious different ..
to differ, itz juz produce larger size distance of capturing ...

if u want a multimedia phone wif 5 Mp camera, then go for N95 8Gb/N96 (hard disk & sliding issues) ..

5800 is a new design of nokia wif the latest symbian OS & improved software & cpu ...

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-10-07 17:00 from uEx{ - click to readHigher number of pixels does not necessarily mean better camera. So a 5mp camera would capture a larger image in same quality as 3.15mp

2048x1536 pixels is even larger than most PC monitor resolutions so its fine for regular and advanced use. You wouldn't need a higher resolution unless you're some pro photographer, in which case you wont rely on a mobile phone camera
