This is Nokia device not Samsung Sony HTC ,
Still working great
The sound quality is better than Sony arc s I tested it , and 3.5 single network is better than a lot android devices and iphone 4.

Hi everyone. To be honest, Nokia5800XM is a very good phone. A first Symbian touchscreen phone ever made by Nokia! Yet it gotten a perfect 'Availability'. Mine now sucks! Its radio, bluetooth no longer works; I cant even find its OS dictionary, Adobe pdf app & zipfile functionality have been eaten up by only-God-knows-what! Can someone tell me hw to get this features back?.

It is excellent phone, working fine for 3 years, survived fall from hight of 2 meters....battery stil in good condition....Symbian works fine when phone is turned off and on again twice a month.....

cool phone. cool specs, cool look, but look's decievin. have dis fone 4 2yrs now and sometimes it makes me wanna jump off a cliff.
bluetooth chip dead, radio not workin, camera is trash, touch sensitivity annoying, somebody should sue nokia for making dis trash, dis is fraud!

What you need to is make sure that you or whoever gave you this false information is using a mobile carries that provides 3g, because that's the only way someone could think that.
I have a feeling you may not have even used this phone or tried to use 3g on it smh
