The memory is really small. 3.5 MB? A phone supporting video & voice recording should have greater memory capacities. There is no card slot also, this is a great disadvantage. Again for its price it should have been equipped with a FM Radio(at least, I am not wanting a mp3 player). Other than these the phone's functionality is perfect and the battery life is really good.

If you are getting a phone for free then you must go for the 7260 as it has a FM Radio which the 6020 doesn't. Other than this there is no major differences between them.

Yes the sounds matches the words spoken. There is no lag between them, at least I haven't encountered it in my phone.

Indeed SE's designs are best and Nokia is also copying the designs of other co's mobile, but this fact doesnt affects the quality, realiability, and technically sounds phone image of Nokia. I think Nokia's team concentrate more on to improve technical aspects of their phone, instead of wasting time to design the phones, Other company's designs r good but there quality of phones are not so reliable

i want to buy a set only of nokia of same features like 6020. i want to know how many text messages we can save on the set.and can we change its cover or casing.i like 6610i but its infrared device change my thoughts. please help me and is there any set of nokia which has all the features of 6610i in average price like 6020 or some where it.

hello all.....just some advice really.........im about to get a new phone & it's now time to choose between a nokia 6020 & a 7260. just wondered which one is the best for pictures, quality etc both phones are free to me coz of a 12 month contract signing so price isnt the issue just wanted to pick ur brains please.......

HELP HELP HELP
On the 6020 whenever i go into any menus or read messages there is a very annoying circular pattern in the background making it very difficult to read anything. I've tried changing themes and wallpapers but it is always there. Can it be deleted?

hey i just got dis fone yesterday.just used it for some time now nd must say its good.. i wont say betta dan my otha t630.. but gud.. hey i hv been charging da fone for 4 hours nd it neva stops charging. and 1st when i connect da charger only da batt icon appears the chargin bars dont. den u hv to switch it off nd giv it for charging agn..
when u 1st bought da cell how long did u charge it.. or how long does it take to charge nd how long it lasts.. let me know any one... thnks fm bangladesh

i like my nokia6020. Tha battery lasts long i can record voice for 5 min. camera color is good. Thanks to Nokia!

the clip quality is average ; I didn't check it on computer, but there they will probably look worse, as usual :) You may set whether you want the sound to be recorded or not
"does it match the words" - what do you mean by that? Sound in videos is rather good and if you ment T9 Dictionary I must say it's average. But fortunately, there's a function to add new words so you can easily make it work better:)
