If u dont have one, use an infrared dongle (a piece of hardware using which you can make your computer infrared enabled). This is not a costly item. Then use Nokie PC suite (download from Nokia site) to transfer your images, contacts etc. The contacts will be transfered to your Outlook.
This is a very good mobile in my experience of more than 3 yrs. Great battery life!!! But dust gets into the screen easily. However great buy for the price. And I LOVE its battery life!

Gretins all ... Basic, no bluetooth no memory card but this is the best phone that i never had Performance= 100% Features = ok . i have this phone about 2 yrs it' sitll great n performant, experince Nokia 6020 the best ! GO GO GO NOKIA GOOOOOO !

Ive had this phone for 3yrs. Its basic but its great. Even now battery last me 2-3 days, on medium use. Looking to upgrade, hope to find something as reliable as this one!

i dnt like this phone it has no mp3 player an the camera is so bad quality an the voice recording is not good an it doesnt have nice graphics i dont recomend buying it

My Nokia 6020 has a problem with the detection of the USB data cable. Always it reports a problem occured whenever i use any data cable. Please advice

My NOKIA 6020 was the most pleasureable phone I've ever bought.
This was up until my little bundle of joy decided to throw it out of a miving car and later tell me that it had gone out of the window.
Ship me one on my bday! Any feeling being!

i use 6020 3 years almost still working until now..but my problem is i dont know how to connect my cp to pc to send my picture free..

i love this phone
its basic, yes,
but it last for a very long time
i've had it for around 3 years
and its still going strong :P
and the camera is pretty good
