i m so confused in romania is available a camera version, is this a typing error or what???
This phone will be out in Singapore this weekend available from all the 3 local telcos.
it is mentioned on the site the status as available. can anybody please inform me when it will be launched in india and at what price. also if any body has bought this phone, what is the review???
I'm hoping to replace my N-Gage with this 'phone. It's got the latest Java and WAP versions, looks great and is nice and small. My only wish is that it had a camera, but to be honest I never really missed having one on any of my other 'phones. Besides, this one has a Pop-port(tm) connector, so I can just buy a camera module later. I can't believe it's going to retail for US$299; US$199 is probably closer to the mark, looking at prices for the recently-released 6101.
Thats style isnt so ugly but its 4 _5monthes i'v saw it just at net but not at store its ashame on nokia fac__hurryupppppppppppp! iwana get it
Basic phone with FM radio, and the best design i have ever seen from nokia. Im gonna buy this one when it hit the stores :D
Same old same old... it's really a good thing that this phone has a radio but that's just done to ensure some acceptable sale it's a decent phone if it's your first one after all it's a nokia.
its,for a simple person, who needs a simple phone.the design looks nothing like a nokia phone, good thing it has a radio.
what a waste of a gr8 lookin fone it has such gd design but the features let it down. it wud be gr8 to see a camera intergrated
This phone doesnt have that typical Nokia look (even it looks like a Sonyericsson). this phone will do good in india if it is competitively priced eyeing the Samsung X100/C200 buyers. i am looking for an entry level phone supporting 3G(EDGE) without camera n i hope Nokia will roll out one soon for a price around Rs.10,000/-($222).
I am a mediation engineer for orange and have had the pleasure of testing this phone for 2 months, i have to say without a doubt this is one of the best phones i have used. It is suited towards business, not consumers.
i work 4 o2 and you have no idea how many ppl call in and ask for a basic phone with no camera!!!
there is some lines of work that people are not allowed cameras on phones!!!!!
this is a smart move by nokia to suit as many ppl as poss well done nokia
y'all are very, very, funny!!! this phone has a high price! The phone is ridiculous and it has no features!!!!!!! The lowest price is $299.99 In USA!! It will be out to the public in 108 days!!!! who will wait for this S***!!!!!
Iam waiting a phone like this. suitable for low level people with small money. This phone can be sold millions in indonesia. I need no camera. I need only for talking and sms.
Nokia has to launch different kinds of phones to cater to the different segmentations of the consumer market. Different market in different regions require specific phones for specific situations/environments/circumstances. While it may look like a TV remote controller to some, at least, it is a good start for parents to get their young kids to use a simple mobile phone. As they grow up, they can progress to better phones with cameras or 3G capabilities. When they've found their identity at an older age, they might want to use Nokia fashion phones or business phones.
Every phone that Nokia churns out serves a different demographic profile. So while most of you may be quick to shoot down this model, you're just making a mockery of your education and intellectual capabilities. Put some thought into why some stuff are designed that way and yet still well-received by a percentage in the market, cause they need it. If its clear that there'll be no take-up for this model, it won't be launched in the first place.
