Hi all, is there any option to increase memory in 6070? if i delete pre-defined themes or tones, that memory will be available to user? if so maximum how much memory i can get?

Can anyone tell me if the 6070 that is made in Europe has the Backgammon game?

Mine is an asian model and has no Backgammon game.

It supports mp3s as melodies. My sister has one. It's a phone with good quality.

You gotta remember this is a basic phone.
If you want a good camera then BUY ONE!!!
Or an mp3 player!! If you want a phone to talk on (which is what they are designed for)
this is a good one. Buy buy buy. You can even get it with an XBox 360. Peace

Hi there!
Bought my 6070 today, came home, tested, and so far I´m very disappointed. First of all, there was no sound from speaker, but a little tapping on the back of the phone cured that! Next, I´ts impossible to make any IR-connection whatsoever, Nokia PC-suite does not recognize phone. So far so good...
I will probably return It tomorrow, maybe I´ll go back to Siemens or Motorola, they still seem too have some quality control..
Too bad, I´ts a nice looking phone, sleek design, big display, but...

idiotic phone. what songs can you put with 3 mb user memory? poor phone, wondering why nokia make this type of phone. lol.

i am having 6070 set. can i dowload mp3 file from pc? and can i set that mp3 as my ring tone? if so pls let me know the procedure.

this phone is the same class and comparable with SE K310,the difference feature is SE K310 has MP3 but no radio and 6070 has radio but no MP3.
I'm personally prefer SE,has the similar feature but with lower price.
W550 is goed music phone with the best loudspeaker among walkman series,the 1.3 Mpx camera is average and has 256 Mb internal memory. Of course the price is higher than 6070/SE K310i because better feature.

Or if you don't mind with clamshell, think about SE Z530, maybe 20 euro more than 6070 but it has possibility with external memory and bluetooth.

i would prefer u to go for sony ericcsion.if u want tobuy for its sound.u can see w 550i,its acool phone n also called walkman phone.this nokia 6070 is disgusting only 3.2mb memory,u can take photo for 1 min only.

Hi all, i am having Nokia 1100 and now planning to buy new one. I like Nokia bocz i am very much familiar with its operation. My budget is around 6k to 8k. For this range Nokia is having 6070 model, guys pls advice me, will Nokia 6070 be good purchase??? Or wat will be other alternative (SE or MOTO)?

While radio is selected even though the cable is connected, it gives message 'CONNECT AN ENHANCEMENT' can any one give suggestion for this. But headphone speaker is working

The looks & features are fine but the most important i.e. memory is scarce
They said it has total 16mb memory..but for user its 3.2mb it means around 13mb memory is already full due to built-in applications n other stuff..so can we delete those built-in things to increase the memory?
The memory shows 94% free but the memory full is displayed.
Whenever a new SMS is received, memory full is displayed. Because of this I had to delete all my videos. Is it possible memory sharing command is disabled.
Why Nokia always lacks this 1 important feature? With only 3.2MB, what can you expect for a camera and video capable phone.

Also, the screen is actually a CSTN and a not a TFT screen. I like Nokia original features very much and it's design especially this 6070 type of candy bar but with such limited functions, what can I said.
And no bluetooth conectivity over here, again
Vibration & key pad lock function is also through menu and not through * or #.

A "no frills" straightforward phone that makes a lot of sense and is very user friendly.

Large keypad coupled with a large screen keeps human error to a minimum. Note that the size of the phone is similar to a 6610!

The thing that puts a minus sign on this phone is the rather dull screen. Compare it with the other Nokias and you'll see what I mean. The brightness control doesn't really do much to sharpen, brighten, and increase the contrast.

This phone is a 10 when it comes to useability and value for money!

Can this phone send and receive files via infrared? I have a 6610 phone but can only send and receive business card with its infrared.

Well, i must say that this phone is really pleasantly practical. u have a radio, a camera and recorder in just one phone in a very affordable price. though there are also some disadvantages like having a low memory and the data cable for pc connectivity is hard to find..it's the reason why I still can't download anything from my computer. If someone knows the answer...please email me...i'll appreciate it a lot! thanks! God bless!
