I had the chance to play with one from a friend, and i have to say it is simply pathetic!
This phone came without datacable, without software (logically) and without camera => what the use of MMS then???
MMS does not allow you to insert music. Only text and image.
"Polyphonic" ringtones, but only 4 voices.
This is a phone meant for the professional market, but has no bluetooth.
I played with it about an hour and could not find how to transfer a picture or a midifile over IRDA, so I conclude this is not possible.
The back of the phone, the part that covers the battery was moving and the phone did not feel solid at al.
Adressbook functions are really limited.
It has no voicedial and no voice commands.
F*CK this thing!

If comparing 6100 with 7250 everything is same except 7250 has built in cam and fm radio i prefered to buy 6100 instead 7250 because 6100 is wasting 7250 with slim design and perfect keys. You can also download the Converter application from GPRS which the site name is Software Market. I really appriciated with Nokia to create 6100. Just voice application and pop3 e-mail account is not available in 6100.

the smallest phone from nokia with color screen, menus are easy to use and fast also, perfect keys and slim design, good sound when talking also in hands free mode, but why nokia has forgotten to add voice dailing to this phone??, except this this phone is perfect!

People , this is the best phone I ever had. Display brightness is very good even under sunshine, keyboard light is not so bad as some say , perfect keys , cover maybe feels a little too plastic , loudspeaker perfect so as polyphonic ringtones which can be assigned even in phonebook groups . There is lot's of place for pictures imported by IrDa becouse picture takes about 5kb or less. Only minus on this phone is lack of games and apliccations which can be bought and downloaded by GPRS or founded somewhere on internet and imported. With 6100 you get software cd what I did't expected from Nokia. This is perfect phone and I recommend it to all. It's much better then T100,S55,T68,X5 and GD67. I had them all so I know.

I have it now for 4 days, after having a samsung s300. Samsung has a better screen, but overall performance of this Nokia is way better. i agree that most Nokias are too much alike, but this 6100 is very good. Changeable covers, but not that feeble feeling, not too plastic at all. It is a good, firm phone, with all the features i need. I have had Bluetooth, but couldn't do anything with it. And why do i need a camera? So i can pay 50 eurocents to send it to other people? I don't thnik so, but if it suits for you fine....
