Try this, open menu, settings, Phone settings, Phone, call barring, outgoing calls, on the pop up menu, you need to press on cancel and barring password should be 0000, and i think this will work

Thats because you press the red key for exiting an application. Because of the RAM of the phone, you can let some applications working... if you want to exit the program, you need to use back button (right selection key)
