my 6110 unit cant access its keypad and when any keypad is touch,it keep hanging.what seems to be the problem?

Im using this phone but having a weird problem, my cell just switches off for no reason and also all signal is lost sometimes, well most of the day. ive tried upgrading the software but that didnt help, ive reset the phone to all default settings and still this problem persists - if there is any solution that maybe could rectify the problem im having i would appreciate your response...

Just a warning:
You can't mute the camera sound. The annoying click when you take a picture cannot be switched off.
