This looks like a nice little phone. Not too technical, but it still has a good set of features. It doesn't remind me of samsung at all, but it bears some striking similarities to the imate jam. Which is no bad thing. Hope it comes out in the UK soon.

The slide phone was brought in by siemens - the SL10 i think and nokia rejuvenated that style with the 8850/90,8910(i) and the ever popular 7650- uring on the sl55 and these samsungs. I Wonder if FORD started suing other companys for making HATCHBACKS ....

I Feel this is not at all a Samsung design in any way...Samsung's have different lookin keypads..the E800 for example has a more roundish shape...Nokia's have always been squarish in design..& this 6111 sure retains that legacy, just like europian cars..everything about them is squarish & solid..
Its just that this one is of the same form factor as the Samsung[E800 & D500]..I dont know what is up with all these people..When Nokia makes somethin dead squarish, they say it is such an awful design..& when they round those edges even a little bit, they cry foul & say its a copy..

i love nokia for their innovation but recently they have just become lazy and copy samsung, i think it sucks that nokia is copying, i wont be surprised if samsung launches a law suit against the finish group, i dont like it one bit, but all being said its a nice phone, from the outside its a samsung, on the inside, its 100% nokia

Nice tiny phone from Nokia. I'll get it for sure. A bit small on memory but enough for photo video and mp3 ringtones. Just what I need

This phone looks AWSOME! Samsung phones are ok, but Nokia rules. I want this phone to come out in the US very, very soon. Nokia rocks my socks!

this is NOKIA's siemens sl55.
it looks nice nice nice. but features are a bit outdated.
for a smaller price than 200$ I'd get one.

the specs are wrong look at nokia webside. * Up to 64 channels of polyphonic ringing and gaming tones and true tones
not 24 it should be the same to the other 2 phones 6270 - 6280
