it is a good lookin phone with great features , and it has loud good speakers when you play music , and the camera is good with the panaroma mode , i dont know why people are complaining about it , and the battery is not very bad and not very good but if u choose minimum options like the brightness and these stuff the battery will last longer , i live in egypt and i couldn't access the internet yet but im sure i will

I must disagree with the reviewer. Nokia displays are not the best. The brightness level is even 2 steps behind SE and Samsung, if not 1 step behind.

Do you guys know when, or if, the pink version of this phone might come out? I have seen pictures of it online and would like to get one, but am not sure how long the wait will take.

well ,, aboutt that heating the phone produce .

i have the phones for about 30 days now ( u can check the review back about my opinian on that phone )

after 30 days use ,, i can confirm that the only bad thing about that phone is the battery & the heating which doesn,t relate to health & cancer & i,m sure cause of this reasons :
1- the heating people worried about is the radiation heating ,, but the phone get hot even if u used video player ,, so it,s processor ,, nothing more cuase on video playing there is no signal u use .

2- the SAR of the phone is a bit high (1.18kw) for nokia handset,, but it,s normal gor other brands & within range of CE & Fcc approvals (max approved is 2kw).

3- anyone who used GSM phones & wanna have a practical test for radiation try to put the phone near an old CRT monitor or TV or amplifier & notice the screen fliker & compare it with other model ,, it,s the same ,, & i think 6120 will win .

4- the phone gets hot on playing #D games too ( i tried asphalt 3 3D ) & it,s even hot that while calling .

5- i think the whole matter is procvessor speed & power cosumtion cause the same happened while recharging

6- plz note that well known color of the phone is black which store & collect heat ,, & i really need to check someone who used the white color to confirm if there is over heat on it or no ?

finally ,, i don,t think nokia with all it,s lap & research would produce a phone that harm people all over the world ? & note that in the BL-5C matter nokia use 3rd party battery manufacturer ,, but they manufacterer there own phone & pass the test on there laps ,, & that battery matter wasn,t there fall ,, it was matsushita company fault & this is why they will splite the phone .

wish my comments R helpfull to u all .

Funny thing with my 6120, It came with firmware V 03.83 (19-06-07) RM-243 (B21.01)installed. When i tried updating it the website says the latest firmware available is V 03.70. Ive got a 0547930. Any thoughts?

of course u're right
if the whole 6120 classic series has a production defect, then there is no point to discuss that...u're completely right, u go for another phone
but i still don't believe that nokia would make such a defective device...such serious mistakes are almost unimaginable nowadays...with all the respect to other brands and their fans, nokia is brand no 1 worldwide, they have labs, research teams and so on and so on
my point is it's possible that SOME devices are defective, but i don't think that the whole series can be damaged
it is also possible (maybe most possible) that 6120 is not defective and this heat-up problem is a result of the powerful processor .but the temperatures don't become so high, that they could damage your health...in conclusion i think that there is no point for bother...especially if u consider the fact that all cells are more or less harmful for the health
