I don't get it. Nokia keeps making nice phones with poor features et the nicely featured phones with a very poor design!!! I don't mean that this one looks ugly but it is not beautiful to me! Just compare it with the 5070 or 6070 which have simple designs but very nice!

it reminds me of the 6233. and the shape from the angle that the pic here in its page reminds me off the n91 XD. but i guess, this phone will rock the market. i mean, for real. XD its like cheap and HSDPA? oh men! i just wish the screen is larger. :)

Nokia is really downgrading the value of smartphones... They removed the "wow factor" from the word "smartphone"

why is NOKIA boasting yhat this is the "lightest ever", I mean what's great about it, who likes lightweight phones.. I mean it's weight is what gives the phone a nice solid impression..

Wow Nokia starting to make RAM phones. That's really good! At least they know their downsides.
One good thing about RAM phones is to prevent frum Lagging & hanging while accessing applications.
I might as well wait for this on a major price drop before i'll change my 6680 to that one. hehe xD
the design is like N73+N6233 ^-^ really cute & lightweight.
This is perfect in running videos & games for sure. Unlike the Nseries which has lot of defects so i had no choice just got a 6680 instead of N70. =/
GOOD WORK ON THIS NOKIA! ^_________^ you'll always be No.1 in the Cellphone market!

Stereo speakers in a mobile phone? Are you serious? :) Good stereo system means at least 200€ or 300€ for the speakers alone. Complaining about stereo here is like complainig that your new bicycle can not carry 10 tons of load. :P

Amazing value for an HSDPA phone! Incredible!
Finally, Nokia is starting to see the light and make affordable, feature-packed phones.
For some reason, current Nokia phones are generally more expensive than other brands with similar features.

well it grabed my attention at first - nice design, pretty big display with 16m colors. The features sound like 6233.But than - no infrared, quite weak battery and someone said smthin about a mono speaker :/ .For me it's a step away from the perfect phone (hope that it doesn't cost too much),but there are still features 2 be improved.I think I'll go for the 6233 next month :)

this is a cute phone and plenty of features! i think as we will see Nokia progress into more advanced mobile computers with their E and N series, we will see their basic phones reach those kind of features and performances.
Question though:
does this phone have a faster processor than the E90?

Best of all, Nokia are pricing the 6120 Classic at about €260 / £160 before tax and subsidy, which makes this an exceptionally good value for money handset.
The HSDPA support on the Nokia 6120 Classic allows download speeds of up to 3Mbps or so, and the dual-band UMTS capabilities mean that it can be used in the United States as well as Europe. Quad-band GSM support means that you can use it away from UMTS networks pretty much anywhere in the world. All in all, the combination of high-speed data, multimedia support, camera and screen is very impressive and it will deliver everything most consumers need.
It's worth mentioning the weight again - the 89 grams Nokia 6120 classic is 10 grams lighter than the popular 6230i, a whopping 21 grams lighter than the 3G 6233 and only one grams heavier than the basic Nokia 5070.

A smart phone with all the features. Cheers to Nokia. But if it really has a mono speaker(I don't know yet exactly) I think it will be a great disadvantage for this phone

Sonyericsson is better only in camera term and nothing else music can be managed with Nokia and i cant understand why people say battery of N95 su*ks it has powerful than many SE phone 950mAh its QVGA resolution screen it will consume nearly same battery as other do 6120 will definately have an hour less of working or talktime than Nokia 6233 but we are not going to use Nokia 6120 as a laptop to work 5 hours so if u want longer talktime go buy Phillips phone that offer long talktime and dont waste time and space here.

yeah, great phone. honestly, i also like it's design, and the features are really cool... i wanted an n73, but this one is lighter, bigger screen than n73 and cheaaaaper! i heard that the price will be around 300 euros. too bad of the battery - small talking time - hope it's real though.

this will be great in australia, most 3g networks are upgrading to HSDPA on the commonly used 2100mhz WCDMA and its a rare beast in that it can do HSDPA on 850mhz WCDMA which is what telstras next g is. fast cpu is great for apps and 64mb is good too. all in such a small package. only thing i would ask for is WLAN for office/home voip calls. wanted e65 but will get this now.
